Perşembe İlçesinde Yetişen Elma Genotiplerinin Pomolojik, Morfolojik ve Fenolojik Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma Ordu ili Perşembe ilçesi ve köylerinde yetişen yerel elma genotiplerinin pomolojik, fenolojik ve morfolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2010, 2011 ve 2012 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma kapsamında bölgede yetişen 28 elma genotipi incelemeye tabi tutulmuş ve bu genotiplerin pomolojik, morfolojik ve fenolojik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre; meyve ağırlığı 76.24 g (52 PE 22) ile 247.23 g (52 PE 24) arasında, meyve eni 58.38 mm (52 PE 22) ile 89.03 mm (52 PE 24) arasında, meyve boyu 44.33 mm (52 PE 22) ile en yüksek 73.98 mm (52 PE 24) , meyve suyu pH 3.16 (52 PE 04) ile 3.56 (52 PE 14), titre edilebilir asit miktarı % 0.40 (52 PE 17) ile % 1.64 (52 PE 04) arasında, suda çözülür kuru madde miktarı % 9.01 (52 PE 04 ) ile % 13.75 (52 PE 22) arasında tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında bölgenin elma genetik kaynakları açısından değerli olduğu belirlenmiştir.,In order to determine pomological, phenological and morphological characteristics of native apple genotypes in Persembe district of Ordu province, this study was carried out during 2010 and 2012. According to conclusions of research; 76.24 g (52 PE 22)- 247.23 g (52 PE 24) fruit weight, 58.38 mm (52 PE 22- 89.03 mm (52 PE 24) fruit width, 44.33 mm (52 PE 22)-73.98 mm (52 PE 24) fruit length, 3.16 (52 PE 04)-3.56 (52 PE 14) pH, 0.40 % (52 PE 17)-1.64 % (52 PE 04) titreable acidity and 9.01% (52 PE 04 )- 13.75 % (52 PE 22) soluble solid content were found. In taking into consideration obtained findings, region was very valuable for apple genetic resources.
