58 Numaralı Amasya Şer‛İyye Sicil Defteri’nin Transkripsiyon ve Değerlendirilmesi (H. 1194-1195)

Abstract

Şer‘iyye sicilleri Osmanlı Mahkemeleri’nde kadı tarafından görülen davaların kayıt altına alınmasıyla meydana getirilen defterlerdir. Bu tez çalışmasında davalardan meydana gelen sicillerden olan 1780-1781 yıllarını ihtiva eden 58 Numaralı Amasya Şer‘iye Sicil Defteri’nin transkripsiyonu yapılmış, belgelerin incelenmesiyle adı geçen dönemde Amasya’nın idari, sosyal, siyasi, ekonomik ve iktisadi yapısı değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu tez çalışması dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde defter Amasya şehrine ait olduğu için kuruluşundan, idarecilerine kadar ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde defterler, kadı tarafından mahkemelerde işlenilen konuları içerdiği için Osmanlı’da mahkemeler, kadı ve şer‘iyye sicilleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde transkripsiyonunu yaptığımız defterden hareketle belge çeşitleri incelenmiş, defterin tanıtımı yapılmış, 1780-1781 yılları arasında Amasya şehrinin siyasi, sosyal, iktisadi, ekonomik ve idari yapısı belgeler ışığında ele alınmıştır. Son bölümde ise 58 Numaralı Amasya Şer‘iye Sicil Defteri’nin transkripsiyonlu metni ve belgelerin özetleri yer almıştır. Ayrıca defter esas alınarak hazırlanan sözlük çalışmasına ve defterin orijinal sayfalarına tezin son kısmından ulaşmak mümkündür.

Court registers are the books created by recording the cases heard by the Judge in the Ottoman Courts. This thesis study consists of transcribing the Amasya Sharia Registry Book No. 58 containing the years 1780-1781, examining the documents and evaluating the administrative, social, political, economic and economic structure of Amasya in the aforementioned period. This thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, since the book belongs to the city of Amasya, it is discussed from its foundation to its administrators. In the second part, the courts, judge and court registers in the Ottoman Empire are discussed, as the books contain the subjects handled by the judge in the courts. In the third part, the types of documents are examined based on the notebook that we have transcribed. The notebook has been introduced. Between the years 1780-1781, the political, social, economic, economic and administrative structure of the city of Amasya was tried to be revealed in the light of documents. In the last section, the transcripted text of the Amasya Sharia Registry Book No. 58 and the summaries of the documents are included. In addition, it is possible to reach the dictionary study prepared on the basis of the notebook and the original pages of the notebook from the last part of the thesis.
