Vicia sativa L. (Adi fiğ) + Hordeum vulgare L. (Arpa), Vicia villosa Roth. (Tüylü fiğ) ve
Vicia villosa Roth. (Tüylü fiğ) + Hordeum vulgare L. (Arpa) olmak üzere dört farklı örtücü
bitki uygulaması yapılmıştır. Kontrol amaçlı yabancı otlu parseller oluşturulmuştur.
Denemede, uygulamaların belli süre aralıklarıyla yapılan üç sayım sonucunda örtücü bitki
kaplama alanı (%), yoğunluğu (adet/m2
), yaş ve kuru ağırlıkları (g/m2
), gölgeleme oranı (%)
ile yabancı otların kaplama alanı (%), yoğunluğu (adet/m2
), yaş ve kuru (g/m2
) ağırlıklarına
etkisi saptanmıştır.
Deneme süresince örtücü bitki uygulaması yapılan alanlarda, Genç ve Yaşlı bahçede 13 er
olmak üzere toplam 14 farklı yabancı ot türü saptanmıştır. Genç Bahçede görülen en önemli
yabancı ot türleri, Bromus tectorum L., Geranium dissectum L., Lamium purpureum L.,
Lolium perenne L., Rumex crispus L.; Yaşlı Bahçede görülen en önemli yabancı ot türleri
ise, L. purpureum, L. perenne, R. crispus, Fragaria vesca L. ve Veronica hederifolia L.'dır.
Genç Bahçede Örtücü Bitki Kaplama alanı değerleri, V. sativa % 62.91, V. sativa + H.
vulgare, V. villosa, V. villosa + H. vulgare uygulamalarında % 66.41'dir. Yabancı Ot
Kaplama Alanı (%) V. villosa % 12.04, V. sativa % 15.91, V. villosa + H. vulgare % 22.08,
V. sativa + H. vulgare % 23.79, Kontrol (Yabancı otlu) % 47.33'tür. Yaşlı Bahçede ise
örtücü bitki kaplama alanı değerleri, V. sativa % 52.83, V. villosa % 54.00, V. villosa + H.
vulgare % 58.66, V. sativa + H. vulgare % 67.33. Yabancı Ot Kaplama Alanı (%) ise V.
sativa + H. vulgare % 20.79, V. villosa + H. vulgare % 23.16, V. sativa % 29.08, V. villosa
% 32.41, Kontrol (Yabancı otlu) % 62.93'tür. Sonuç olarak örtücü bitki uygulamaları
yabancı otlar ile mücadelede etkili olmuştur.,In this study, the effectiveness of cover crop applications in the control of weeds, which are
problematic in kiwi orchards, was investigated. In the study carried out in two different kiwi
orchards (Young– 6 years old and Old-13 years old Garden) Vicia sativa L. (common vetch),
Vicia sativa L. (Common vetch) + Hordeum vulgare L. (Barley), Vicia villosa Roth. (Hairy
vetch), Vicia villosa Roth. (hairy vetch) + Hordeum vulgare L. (barley) four different cover
crop applications were performed. Untreated parcel was used for control. In the experiment,
according to the results of the three counts, effects of the application coverage (%), density
(plant/m2
), wet and dry weights (g/m2
), shading ratio (%), (plant/m2
) of cover plants and
coverage (%), density (plant/m2
), wet and dry weight (g/m2
) of weeds were determined.
During the trial, a total of 14 weed species were identified, 13 of which were in the Young
Garden and Old Garden. The most important weed species are Bromus tectorum L.,
Geranium dissectum L., Lamium purpureum L., Lolium perenne L., Rumex crispus L. İn
