Bu çalışmada, fındık zuruf kompostunun çim tesis alanı oluşturulmasında örtü materyali olarak kullanılabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Deneme tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 5 farklı örtü materyali, 4 paralelli olarak 20 parsel üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Denemede fındık zuruf kompostu ve hayvan gübresi çeşitli oranlarda karıştırılarak (% 100 fındık zuruf kompostu, % 75 fındık zuruf kompostu + % 25 hayvan gübresi, % 50 fındık zuruf kompostu + % 50 hayvan gübresi, % 25 fındık zuruf kompostu + % 75 hayvan gübresi, % 100 hayvan gübresi) ekimden sonra örtü materyalleri olarak uygulanmıştır. Çim yüzeylerinin oluşturulmasında bazı bitkisel özellikler ile bitkide azot, fosfor ve potasyum miktarları belirlenmiştir. Fındık zuruf kompostunun hayvan gübresi ile karıştırılarak hazırlanan örtü materyallerinin yeşil ot verimi, kuru ot verimi, dip kaplama ve kıştan çıkış durumu bakımından % 50 fındık zuruf kompostu + % 50 hayvan gübresi karışımının daha etkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Hazırlanan örtü materyalleri çim bitkisinin azot ve fosfor kapsamı üzerine istatistiksel olarak önemli bir etki yaratmamış; potasyum içeriği ise % 75 fındık zuruf kompostu + % 25 hayvan gübresi ile % 100 fındık zuruf kompostu ortamında en yüksek değerlerde bulunmuştur. Tüm bulgular ışığında, fındık zuruf kompostunun çim alan oluşturulmasında örtü materyali olarak tek başına kullanımının yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür. % 50 FZK + % 50 HG ve % 75 FZK + % 25 HG oranlarının uygun koşulları sağladığı, fındık zuruf kompostunun örtü materyali olarak hayvan gübresi ile birlikte değerlendirilmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir.
In this study, usability of hazelnut husk compost as covering material for formation lawn areas was investigated. Trial was carried out on twenty plots according to randomized block experimental design and as five different covering materials, four replicates. Hazelnut husk compost and animal manure were mixed in various proportions (100 % hazelnut husk compost, 75 % hazelnut husk compost + 25 % animal manure, 50 % hazelnut husk compost + 50 % animal manure, 25 % hazelnut husk compost + 75 % animal manure, 100 % animal manure) and was applied as a cover material after seeding. Some plant characteristics of lawn evaluated in the creation of lawn surface, and also plant nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium levels were determined. 50 % hazelnut husk compost + 50 % animal manure media from cover materials prepared by mixing compost of manure was found to be more effective in terms of fresh grass yield, dry grass yield, basal covering and resistance to winter. Prepared cover materials did not cause a statistically significant effect on the nitrogen and phosphorus content of the lawn plants; potassium content were found in the highest value in 75 % hazelnut husk compost + 25 % animal manure compost and 100 % hazelnut husk compost medias. According to all findings, hazelnut husk compost were found to be insufficient by itself for use as cover material in the creation of lawn. 50 % hazelnut husk compost + 50 % animal manure 75 % hazelnut husk compost + 25 % animal manure provides favorable conditions, hazelnut husk compost is believed that as the cover material should be evaluated together with the manure.
