Belirlenen
muşmula genotiplerinin incelenen özellikler bakımından büyük bir varyasyon
gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca tartılı derecelendirme sonucunda en yüksek puanı
alan AY-10 ve AY-8 genotipleri ümitvar olarak belirlenmiştir.,This study was conducted to determine the pomological characteristics of medlar
genotypes grown in Aybastı (Ordu) district, in 2016-2017 years. In the study, fruit
samples were collected 78 medlar genotypes in 2017 year and genotypes with fruit
weight less than 10 g were eliminated. In 2018 year, in 41 medlar genotypes were
investigated. In selected medlar genotypes, were investigated phenological,
morphological and fruit characteristics. In investigated medlar genotypes, between
21 May and 30 May for first flowering, 25 May and 7 June for full flowering and for
30 May and 13 June post flowering were observed. Also, from 8.89 g (AY-74) to
32.08 g (AY-8) for fruit weight, 25.25 mm (AY-74) to 40.47 mm (AY-10) for fruit
width, 25.02 mm (AY-52) to 36.82 mm (AY-8) for fruit length, 4.95 to 5.0 for seed
number, 0.84 g (AY-74) to 2.40 g (AY-8) for seed weight, 84.47% (AY-4) to
92.01% (AY-8) for fruit flesh ratio, 11.20% (AY-72) to 20.60% (AY-11, AY-14) for
soluble solids content, 3.48 (AY-21) to 5.52 (AY-4) for pH, 0.03% (AY-4, AY-5,
AY-26, AY-31, AY-50) to 0.27% (AY-71) for titratable acidity and 10.40 mg 100 g-1
(AY-12 ve AY-13) to 87.20 mg 100 g-1 (AY-48) for vitamin C were determined in
selected medlar genotypes. Selected medlar genotypes, in terms of characteristics
investigated determined showed a great variation. Also, AY-10 and AY-8 genotypes
with the highest scores in the result of weighted-rankit method were determined as
promising.
