Bu çalışma 2019-2020 yıllarında Ordu ili Aybastı ilçesinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada yörede doğal olarak yetişen ceviz genotipleri içerisinden meyve kalite özellikleri bakımından öne çıkan ve yan dal meyve verimi yüksek genotiplerin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda belirlenen, fenolojik ve morfolojik özellikleride tespit edilen 100 ağaçtan meyve örneği alınarak pomolojik ölçümler gerçekleştirilmiştir.
İlk yıl sonunda elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda hem kabuklu meyve özellikleri hem de iç meyve özelliklerine göre iki ayrı tartılı derecelendirme yöntemi uygulanarak toplamda 22 genotip seçilerek çalışma bu genotipler üzerinden yürütülmüştür. İkinci yıl sonunda tekrar tartılı derecelendirme yöntemi uygulanarak 9 genotip ümitvar olarak seçilmiştir.
Ümitvar genotiplerin kabuklu meyve ağırlığı 7.65-13.64 g (52 AY 19-52 AY 03), iç meyve ağırlığı 4.33-7.57 g (52 AY 19-52 AY 03), kabuk kalınlığı 1.09-1.51 mm (52 AY 6-52 AY 81), iç oranı %53.03-56.63(52 AY 97-52 AY 37), protein oranı %15.18-19.42 (52 AY 25-52 AY 03), yağ oranı %56.40-65.44 (52 AY 19-52 AY 52), kül oranı %1.35-2.11 (52 AY 37-52 AY 81) arasında belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte genotiplerin yan dal verimi %20-80 (52 AY 03-52 AY 19), ilk yapraklanma 18 Nisan-4 Mayıs (52 AY 62-52 AY 52) tarihleri arasında tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca 8 genotipin çiçeklenme karakterizayonlarının protoandry, 1’inin ise homogamy yönünde olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Sonuç olarak, 52 AY 03, 52 AY 19, 52 AY 25, 52 AY 37, 52 AY 52, 52 AY 62, 52 AY 81, 52 AY 91 ve 52 AY 97 no’lu genotipler ümitvar bulunmuştur.,
This study was carried out in Aybastı district of Ordu province in 2019-2020. It was aimed to determine the high-quality genotypes in terms of fruit quality characteristics and high side branch fruit yield among the walnut genotypes that grow naturally in the region. In this direction, pomological measurements were carried out by taking fruit samples from 100 trees. In addition, the phenological and morphological features of these genotypes were also examined.
In line with the findings obtained at the end of the first year, two different weighted ranking methods were applied according to both shelled fruit characteristics and kernel characteristics, and a total of 22 genotypes were selected. Again, at the end of the second year, 9 genotypes were selected as promising by applying the weighted ranking method.
It was determined in promising genotypes; fruit weight 7.65-13.64 g (52 AY 19-52 AY 03), kernel weight 4.33-7.57 g (52 AY 19-52 AY 03), shell thickness 1.09-1.51 mm (52 AY 6-52 AY 81), kernel ratio %53.03-56.63 (52 AY 97-52 AY 37), protein content %15.18-19.42 (52 AY 25-52 AY 03), oil content %56.40-65.44 (52 AY 19-52 AY 52), ash content %1.35-2.11 (52 AY 37-52 AY 81). On the other hand, side branch yield of genotypes was determined between 20-80% (52 AY 03-52 AY 19), and first foliation between 18 April-4 May (52 AY 62-52 AY 52). In addition, it was determined that flowering characters in 8 genotypes showed protoandry and 1 genotype showed homogamy.
As a result, 52 AY 03, 52 AY 19, 52 AY 25, 52 AY 37, 52 AY 52, 52 AY 62, 52 AY 81, 52 AY 91 and 52 AY 97 genotypes were found to be promising.
