Bafra'da Dini Hayat

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı günümüz modern dünya algısı içinde Bafra'nın dini hayatını incelemek ve geleneksel dokusunu ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu çerçevede araştırmamız, teorik ve pratik olarak iki farklı şekilde çalışılmıştır. Teorik açıdan, din-toplum ilişkisi ve ilgili kavramlar irdelenmiş, ardından araştırma yapılacak bölgenin kısaca tanıtımı yapılmış ve bölgedeki dini hayatı etkileyen unsurlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Pratik açıdan, saha çalışmamızda elde ettiğimiz veriler analiz edilerek değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeliyle tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmamızın evrenini, Bafra merkez, köy ve gecekondularında yaşayan 18 yaş üstü bireyler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri basit tesadüfi örneklem yoluyla seçilen katılımcılardan elde edilmiştir. Örneklem grubu %54,9'u erkek (n=220), %45,1'i (n=181) bayan olmak üzere 401 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, nicel veriler elde etmek için, Dini Hayat ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları, Dini Hayatla, sosyo-demografik değişkenlerden Cinsiyet, Yaş, Medeni durum, Eğitim durumu, Uygulama yapılan yer, Meslek durumu, Dini eğitim aldıkları yer, Dini kimlik durumu arasında ilişkisel ve yordayıcı verilerin olduğu, Gelir durumuna göre herhangi bir ilişkinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Modernizm etkisi altında bulunan bölgede, geleneksel dokunun korunduğu yönündeki temel hipotezimiz konusunda Dinin inanç, ibadet ve sosyal boyutunda yüksek, Dinin ahlak boyutunda normları benimseme oranının düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the religious life of Bafra within today's modern world perception and to reveal its traditional texture. In this context, our research have been studied in two different ways, as theoretically and practically. In terms of theoretical perspective, the religion-society relationship and related concepts have been examined, then the region to be researched was briefly introduced and about the information of the factors affecting by religious has been stated in this region. In terms of a practical perspective, have been evaluated made by analyzing the data of we obtained during our field study. The research was designed with the relational survey model, which one of the quantitative research methods. The study population is made by individuals over the age of 18 living in Bafra center, villages and suburbs. Research data has been obtained from participants selected through simple random sampling. The sample group have consists of 401 people, which are made by 54.9% (n=220) of whom are men and 45.1% (n=181) of whom are women. In the research, to obtain quantitive data have been used the religious life scale. Research findings have revealed that there are correlational and predictive data between Religious Life and socio-demographic variables such as Gender, Age, Marital status, Educational status, Place of practice, Professional status, Place of religious education and Religious identity status. But it has been identify that there is no relation according to income status. In the region under the influence of modernism, regarding our basic hypothesis that the traditional structure is preserved It has been determined that the rate of adoption of religious norms is high in the belief, worship and social dimensions, but low in the moral dimension.
