Altınordu' da (Ordu, Türkiye) Yetiştirilen 'Hayward' Kivisinin Meyve Ağırlığına Göre Kalite Sınıflandırması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de son yıllarda üretimi hızla artan ve Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi ekolojisine uyum göstermiş olan 'Hayward' kivisinin, Ordu ilinin (Türkiye) en fazla üretim yeri olan Altınordu ilçesinde meyve ağırlığına göre kalite yönünden sınıflandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak düzenlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında Altınordu İlçesinde seçilen 3 mahalledeki 5'er bahçede hasat edilen meyveler, ağırlık esas alınarak, TS 11306 standardına göre kalite yönünden sınıflandırılmıştır. Hasat edilen meyveler tek tek hassas teraziyle tartılıp, Ekstra (90 gr<), 1. sınıf (70-89 gr), 2. sınıf (65-69 gr) şeklinde sınıflandırılmıştır. Ayrıca omca başına toplam meyve sayısı ile ıskarta meyve oranları da belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, omca başına toplam meyve sayısı 491-1265, ekstra meyve oranı %31.09-92.52, 1. sınıf meyve oranı %4.12-49.86, 2. sınıf meyve oranı %1.50-30.04 ve ıskarta meyve oranı %0.34-4.50 arasında değişmiştir. Bu özelliklere ait ortalama değerler de sırasıyla, 833.29, %70.47, %19.28, %8.32 ve %1.78 olarak bulunmuştur. İncelenen bütün özellikler mahallelere ve bahçelere göre önemli düzeyde değişim göstermiştir. Ayrıca, ekstra meyve oranı ile 1., 2. sınıf ve ıskarta meyve oranları arasında çok önemli negatif korelasyon da belirlenmiştir.

In this study, it was aimed to classify the 'Hayward' kiwifruit, whose production has increased rapidly in recent years in Türkiye and has adapted to the ecology of the Eastern Black Sea Region, in terms of quality according to fruit weight in Altınordu district, which is the highest production area of Ordu province (Türkiye). The research was designed according to the randomized block experimental design with 3 replications. Within the scope of the study, fruits harvested in 5 orchards in 3 selected neighborhoods in Altınordu District were classified in terms of quality according to TS 11306 standard, based on fruit weight. The harvested fruits were weighed one by one with a precision scale and classified as Extra (<90 g), First Class (70-89 g), Second Class (65-69 g). In addition, the total number of fruits per tree and discarded fruit rates were also determined. As a result, the total number of fruits per tree varied between 491-1265, the extra fruit rate varied between 31.09-92.52%, the 1st class fruit rate varied between 4.12-49.86%, the 2nd class fruit rate varied between 1.50-30.04% and the discarded fruit rate varied between 0.34-4.50%. The average values of these features were found to be 833.29, 70.47%, 19.28%, 8.32% and 1.78%, respectively. All examined features showed significant variation according to neighborhoods and orchards. In addition, a very significant negative correlation was determined between the extra fruit ratio with the 1st, 2nd class and discarded fruit ratios.
