Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürosuna Yöneltilen Aileye Yönelik Sorulara Sosyolojik Bakış: Ordu Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Ordu Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürosu'na yöneltilen aileye ilişkin soruların sosyolojik açıdan incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'ndan izin alınarak DHYS veri sistemine 2017-2021 yılları arasında girilen 547 soru analiz edilmiştir. Bu soruların ise 155’i değerlendirilmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde çalışmanın içeriğiyle ilgili bilgileri içeren giriş kısmı, ikinci bölümde ise ailenin tanımı, sosyolojik teorilerin aileye yaklaşımı, dini rehberlik kavramı, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Büroları ve araştırma yapılan Ordu ili hakkında kavramsal bir çerçeve sunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde, Ordu Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürosu'nun tanıtımı yapılmış ve büroya başvuranların cinsiyet, yaş, medeni hal, eğitim, meslek gibi özellikleri ile görüşme biçimi ve sayısı hakkındaki veriler sunulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde ise Ordu Müftülüğü Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürosu'na yöneltilen aileyle ilgili soruların betimsel model, doküman inceleme ve içerik analizi yöntemi ile sosyolojik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, bürolara ağırlıklı olarak aile, evlilik/nikah ve boşanma olmak üzere genç, çocuk, sağlık ve sosyal durumlar konularında sorular gelmekte ve bu sorular yerel düzeyde aile yaşamının durumunu yansıtmaktadır.

This study aims to examine sociologically the questions related to the family directed to the Ordu Family and Religious Guidance Office. In the study, 547 questions entered into the DHYS data system between 2017 and 2021, with permission from the Presidency of Religious Affairs, were analyzed. Of these questions, 155 were subjected to evaluation. The study consists of four sections. The first section includes introductory information about the content of the study, while the second section provides a conceptual framework about the definition of the family, the sociological approaches to the family, the concept of religious guidance, the Presidency of Religious Affairs Family and Religious Guidance Offices, and the Ordu province where the research was conducted. In the third section, the introduction of the Ordu Family and Religious Guidance Office is presented, and data on the characteristics of those applying to the office, such as gender, age, marital status, education, profession, as well as the format and number of interviews, are provided. In the fourth section, a sociological analysis of the questions directed to the Ordu Directorate of Religious Affairs Family and Religious Guidance Office is conducted using a descriptive model, document review, and content analysis method. According to the analysis results, the questions mainly revolve around family, marriage/nuptials, and divorce, addressing topics such as youth, children, health, and social situations, reflecting the local-level status of family life.
