Asırlardır etkisini sürdürerek varlığını korumuş Klâsik Türk Edebiyatı’nın önemli kaynaklarından biri mecmûalardır. Mecmûalar, derleyicisinin şahsî beğenisine göre bir araya getirdiği şiirlerden oluşur. Bununla birlikte şairlerin dîvânlarında bulunmayan şiirlere ve dîvânı bulunmayan şairlerin şiirlerine ulaşılması da mecmûalar sayesinde mümkün olmaktadır. Ayrıca mecmûalar yazıldığı dönemin edebî zevk ve anlayışını yansıtması bakımından da edebiyat tarihine ışık tutan bir ayna olarak da değendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın konusu Milli Kütüphane’de 06 Hk 3976 arşiv numarasında kayıtlı “Mecmûa-i Eşâr ve Fevâid” adlı şiir mecmûasıdır. Müstensih ve istinsah tarihi belli olmayan, toplam 665 şiirden oluşan ve 161 varak olan bu mecmûa genellikle 16.-19. yy arasında yer alan 77 şairin şiirlerini ihtivâ etmektedir. Çalışmada ilk olarak mecmûanın transkripsiyonlu metni oluşturularak, mecmûada şiirleri yer alan şairlerin yaşadıkları yüzyıl, şiirlerinde kullandıkları vezinler, dîvânlarda bulunamayan şiirler ve nazîre şiirler tablolar ile gösterilmiş, mecmûadaki şiirler ulaşılabilen dîvânlardaki şiirlerle mukayese edilerek farklılıklar dipnotlarda belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca bu şiirlerin “Mecmûaların Sistematik Tasnifi Projesi” (MESTAP) ile tasnifi yapılmıştır.,
One of the important sources of Classical Turkish Literature, which has survived for centuries, has maintained its existence. Magazines consist of poems brought together by his compiler according to his personal taste. However, it is also possible to reach poems that are not in the poets of poets and poems of poets that do not have poems. In addition, the magazines are considered as a mirror that sheds light on the history of literature in terms of reflecting the literary taste and understanding of the period in which was written. The subject of this study is the poem magazine called “MecmûaǾ-i EşǾâr ve Fevâid” registered in the archive number 06 Hk 3976 in the National Library. This magazine, which has a total of 665 poems with an unspecified and insignificant date and consists of 161 pages. It contains generally the poems of 77 poets from between the 16th century and the 19th century. In the study, firstly, the transcriptional text of the magazine was created and the poets whose poems took place in the magazine lived in the century,viziers used in their poems, poems that cannot be found in divanes and poems by prose are shown in tables. The poems in the magazines are compared with the poems in the plagues that can be reached and the differences are indicated in the footnotes. In addition, these poems were classified with the "Systematic Classification Project of Mecmûas" (MESTAP).
