dc.description.abstract Nowadays, the time of leadership of the US model may be reaching an end and the European stakeholder model should be a strong candidate corporate sustainability system. According to the sustainable company approach, a key part of any solution to today's triple crisis will be to reorient companies and develop a set of performance indicators measuring environmental, social and financial sustainability at the company level. Our analysis is based on a critical evaluation of example company's position about as already declared by the company as being a sustainable European Company, mostly through annual reports and other documents of OMV Samsun Elektrik. Turkey's electricity supply depends on 55% natural gas which is imported from foreign countries such as the Russian Federation and Iran. Local economy mostly depends on agriculture in the Black Sea Region of Turkey, especially Samsun Province. This region has most beautiful and untouched green areas, forests, rivers, sea beaches and hills are the resource of agriculture and tourism. Local people and NGOs living near the Kozluk-Samsun gas-fired power plant construction afraid of ecological and severe impacts on public health which will be caused by the electric power plant of OMV.
