2 Numaralı Trabzon Ahkam Defteri’nin Transkripsiyon ve Değerlendirilmesi (S. 1-100)

Abstract

Ahkam Defterleri, şehir tarihçiliği ve sosyo-ekonomik hayat üzerindeki en önemli kayıtlardandır. Bu defterlerde toplumun değerlendirmesini yapmak için ana unsurları bulmak mümkündür. Araştırma konusu olan bölgenin ticari, sosyal, ekonomik ve idari alanlarda bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Bu bilgilere istinaden geçmişten günümüze değişen mekansal isimlerin evrimini, şehrin geçim kaynağını, mahkeme kayıtlarında bulunan evlenme, boşanma, mehir ve miras haklarını, borç ve cinayet gibi konuların gün yüzüne çıkmasına olanak sağlamaktadır. Yaptığımız bu çalışmada 2 Numaralı Trabzon Ahkam Defteri’nin ilk 100 sayfası incelenmiştir. Araştırılan dönem üzerinde önemli olan unsurlar göz önünde bulundurulup buna göre bölüm tasnifi yapılmıştır. Dört bölüm üzerine yapılan bu çalışmada Trabzon tarihine bir katkı yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Defterden yola çıkarak kişi isimleri, Trabzon’un idari taksimatı, kazalar, nahiyeler, ve sosyal-ekonomik tarih üzerine inceleme yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuna belgelere daha detaylı ulaşılabilmesi amacıyla defterin orijinal sayfaları konulmuştur.

Ahkam Books are among the most important records on urban historiography and social-economic life. In these books, it is possible to find the main elements to evaluate the society. There is information in the commercial, social, economic and administrative areas of the region that is the subject of the research. Based on this information, it enables the evolution of spatial names that have changed from the past to the present, the livelihood of the city, the rights of marriage, divorce, mahr and inheritance in court records, issues such as debt and murder. In this study, the first 100 pages of the Trabzon Ahkam Book No. 2 were examined. Considering the factors that are important for the researched period, the department has been classified accordingly. In this study on four chapters, it is aimed to make a contribution to the history of Trabzon. Based on the book, the names of the people, the administrative division of Trabzon, the districts, the sub-districts, and the social-economic history were examined. At the end of the study, the original pages of the book were included in order to reach the documents in more detail.
