Abstract:
Metamizole sodium (dipyrone) is a pirazolon group
nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine. Metamizole sodium is
commonly used as an antipyretic, analgesic, and spasmolytic agent.
Coronary vasospasm plays an important role in pathogenesis of
acute coronary syndromes. This paper presents acute inferior
myocardial infarct accompanied by complete AV block in a patient
who used intravenous metamizole as painkiller
