Reisülküttab Mehmed Ârif Dîvânı (İnceleme-Metin)

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, 18. yüzyıl Divan şairi olan Reisülküttab Mehmed Ârif’in hayatı ve bilinen tek eseri olan Dîvân’ı konu alınmıştır. Öncelikle şairin yaşadığı dönemin siyasî ve edebî hayatını özetleyen girişten sonra çalışmamızı oluşturan bölümlere geçtik. Bu tez çalışması iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Reisülküttab Mehmed Ârif’in hayatı, edebî kişiliği ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise şairin şiirleri şekil ve muhteva olarak çeşitli yönlerden incelenmiştir. Aslen Kastamonulu olan şair miladî 1741 yılında doğmuştur. Birçok devlet memurluğu yapan Mehmed Ârif kısa bir süreliğine reisülküttaplık vazifesi de yapmıştır. Tezkirelerde hoş sözlü olarak geçen Mehmed Ârif’in elimizde bulunan tek eseri Dîvân’ıdır. Reisülküttab Mehmed Ârif 1813’te yetmiş iki yaşında İstanbul’da vefat etmiştir.,

In this dissertation, we have studied the life of Mehmed Arif, the 18 th century divan poet, and his only known work, Divan. In the introductory chapter, we have summed up political and literary culture of his age and then analyzed the other chapters. The dissertation consists of two main chapters. In the first chapter, we have examined the life of the foreign secretary Mehmed Arif and his literary identity. In the second one, it has been examined his poetry as to form and substance from various aspects. Originally, he was from Kastamonu and born in 1741 in the common era. He worked as a civil servant and also worked as a foreign secretary for a short time. In his collection of biographies, he has words of wisdom and Divan is his only work on hand. The foreign secretary Mehmed Arif, 72 , was died in 1813 in Istanbul.
