Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yayılış Gösteren Bazı Myosotis l. (Boraginaceae) Türleri Üzerinde Morfolojik, Mmikromorfolojik ve Anatomik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Myosotis L. cinsinin Myosotis arvensis (L.) Hill, Myosotis lazica M. popov, Myosotis slyvatica Ehrh. ve Myosotis lithospermifolia (Will.) Hornem türleri morfolojik, mikromorfolojik ve anatomik olarak incelenmiştir. Türlere ait örnekler Karadeniz Bölgesi‟nin farklı lokalitelerinden toplanmıştır. Morfolojik incelemelerde türlerin teşhisine yarayan morfolojik karakterler belirlenerek türler arası benzerlik ve farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde, türlerin kök, gövde ve yaprak kısımlarından alınan enine kesitler incelenmiş, türler arasında anatomik yönden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Farklılıklara daha çok yapraklardaki tüylerde, kökte ve gövde de korteks parankiması tabakasında rastlanmıştır. Myosotis lithospermifolia kökünde öz bölgesi parankimatik olup, diğer üç türün öz bölgesi ksilem elemanları ile doludur. M. slyvatica türünün gövdesinde korteks parankiması tabakası M. arvensis, M. lazica ve M. lithospermifolia türlerinin köklerine oranla daha geniş bir alana yayılmıştır. Ayrıca M. arvensis, M. lazica, M. slyvatica ve M. lithospermifolia türlerinin yapraklarının mikromorfolojik karakterleri incelenmiştir. Yaprakların yüzeylerinde bulunan tüyler, epiderma ve stoma hücreleri türlerin ayırt edilmesinde kullanılan özelliklerdir.,

In this study, Myosotis arvensis, Myosotis lazica, Myosotis slyvatica and Myosotis lithospermifolia species of Myosotis L. genus were investigated morphologically, micromorphologically and anatomically. The species were collected from the different regions of Blacksea. In morphological investigation the similarities and the differences betweeen the species were determined following the identification of morphological diagnostic characters. In anatomical studies, the cross sections of the root, stem, and leaf of species were examined; and, comparisons were made between the species. Dissimilarities were discoverded mainly on the hairs of the leaves and on the cortex parenchyma layers of the stem and the root. The root zone of parenchyma cells are filled with self Myosotis lithospermifolia and xylem elements in the other species are filled with self. In M. slyvatica, cortex parenchyma layers of the stem occupies larger area than those of the M. arvensis, M. lazica and M. lithospermifolia. In addition to, micromorphological characteristics of the leaf of M. arvensis, M. lazica, M. slyvatica and M. lithospermifolia species were studied. Hairs, epidermises and stoma cells are characters to idendification of these species.
