Doğu Karadeniz’de İki Farklı Mevsimde Yetiştirilmeye Başlanan Deniz Levreği (Dicentrarchus Labrax, Linnaeus, 1758)’Nin, Farklı Stok Yoğunluklarındaki Büyüme Performanslarının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada son yıllarda talebi giderek artan ve insan tüketimi için önemli bir besin kaynağı olan deniz levreği (Dicentrarchus labrax, Linnaeus,1758) incelenmiştir. Araştırma; Doğu Karadeniz’de Ordu ili Perşembe ilçesinde bulunan özel bir işletmede yürütülmüştür. İşletmeye iki farklı dönemde (Ağustos 2009 ve Mayıs 2010) gelen levrek yavruları belirli bir periyota kadar 40,65 adet/m3 stoklanmıştır. Bu periyottan sonra halen ve geçmişte de genel olarak uygulanan iki farklı stok yoğunluğuna (12 ad/m3 ve 16 ad/m 3 ) ayrılarak büyüme performansları hesaplanmıştır. 2009 yılı az yoğun stoklu balıklarda ortalama boy 29,44±0,173 cm; ortalama ağırlık 323,00±6,277 g; SBO %0,17; SBBK 3,61*10-4 ; MBO 16,66 g; GCAA 0,52 g; YDO 2,06; KF 1,31 ve net kâr 17.412 ¨ bulunmuştur. 2009 yılı çok yoğun stoklu balıklarda ortalama boy 28,65±0,144 cm; ortalama ağırlık 294,68±5,312 g; SBO %0,46; SBBK 3,41*10-4 ; MBO 15,09 g; GCAA 0,47 g; YDO 2,14; KF 1,29 ve net kâr 17.550 ¨’dir. 2010 yılı az yoğun stoklu balıklarda ortalama boy 29,56±0,175 cm; ortalama ağırlık 344,43±7,311 g; SBO %0,34; SBBK 3,14*10-4 ; MBO 22,34 g; GCAA 0,58 g; YDO 1,94; KF 1,37 ve net kâr 26.718 ¨ hesaplanmıştır. Son olarak 2010 yılı çok yoğun stoklu balıklarda ise; ortalama boy 28,62±0,184 cm; ortalama ağırlık 304,65±6,734 g; SBO %0,31; SBBK 2,85*10-4 ; MBO 19,03 g; GCAA 0,49 g; YDO 2,07; KF 1,37 ve net kâr 31.672 ¨ olarak elde edilmiştir. Boy-ağırlık ilişkisi için; 2009 yılı az ve çok yoğun stoklarının boy-ağırlık denklemi W=0,0115*L 3,0348 olarak bulunmuştur. 2010 yılı az ve çok yoğun stoklarının boy-ağırlık denklemi W=0,019*L 2,8904 şeklinde bulunmuştur. t-Testi sonucunda 2009 ve 2010 yıllarının az yoğun ve çok yoğun stoklarının ortalama boy ve ortalama ağırlıkları arasındaki fark az yoğun stoklu balıklarda daha önemli (P<0,05) bulunmuştur. Büyüme performansları ve ekonomik analiz sonucunda; Mayıs ayında gelen levrek yavrularının çok yoğun (16 ad/m 3) stoklanmasının daha verimli ve kârlı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.,

In this study, the growth performance of sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax, Linnaeus,1758) which is highly consumed at the moment and is an important nutritional source of human consumption, was studied. Research was carried out in a private managemennt in the city of Ordu/Perşembe where on the eastern coast of Blacksea. Seabass fingerlings were stocked for a specific time period at 40,65 unit/m3 that was taken in two different periods (August 2009 and May 2010). After this period; the growth performance of seabasses which was seperated in two different stocking densities (12 unit/m3 and 16 unit/m3 ) that is used generally at the moment and also in the past, were computed. Stockings which were maked less dense in the year 2009; the average height is 29,44±0,173 cm; the average weight is 323,00±6,277 g; SBO %0,17; SBBK 3,61*10(-4) ; MBO 16,66 g; GCAA 0,52 g; YDO 2,06; KF 1,31 and the net profit is found 17.412 ¨. Stockings which were maked too dense in the year 2009; the average height is 28,65±0,144 cm; the average weight is 294,68±5,312 g; SBO %0,46; SBBK 3,41*10(-4) ; MBO 15,09 g; GCAA 0,47 g; YDO 2,14; KF 1,29 and net profit is found 17.550 ¨. Stockings which were maked less dense in the year 2010; the average height is 29,56±0,175 cm; the average weight is 344,43±7,311 g; SBO %0,34; SBBK 3,14*10 (- 4) ; MBO 22,34 g; GCAA 0,58 g; YDO 1,94; KF 1,37 and net profit is calculated 26.718 ¨. Finally; stockings which were maked too dense in the year 2010; the average height is 28,62±0,184 cm; the average weight is 304,65±6,734 g; SBO %0,31; SBBK 2,85*104 ; MBO 19,03 g; GCAA 0,49 g; YDO 2,07; KF 1,37 and net profit is obtained 31.672 ¨. The equation for length-weight relationship which was stocked less and more dense stockings at the year 2009 was found W=0,0115*L 3,0348 . The equation for length-weight relationship which was stocked less and more dense stockings at the year 2010 was found W=0,019*L 2,8904 . The difference between the average height and average weight that was stocked less and more stocking denses was found more important for less stocking dense (P<0,05) at the result of t-Test.
