Espiye ve Bulancak İlçelerinde (giresun) Yetişen Kocayemişlerin (arbutus unedo l.) Fenolojik ve Pomolojik Özellikleri

Abstract

2008-2009 yıllarında yürütülen bu araştırmada Giresun İli Bulancak ve Espiye ilçelerinde yetişen kocayemişlerin (Arbutus unedo L.) pomolojik ve fenolojik özelikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. 2008 yılında 48 kocayemiş tipi belirlenmiş, belirlenen bu tiplerden 2009 yılında tartılı derecelendirmeye göre seçilen 24 tip üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda meyve ağırlıkları 2,28 g ile 11,00 g, meyve enleri 16,51 mm ile 28,05 mm, meyve boyları 13,06 mm ile 22,03 mm, suda çözünebilir kuru madde içerikleri (SÇKM) % 24,0 ile % 31,0 arasında, pH 3,64 ile 4,10 arasında ve titre edilebilir asit içerikleri (TEA) % 0,77 ile % 1,19 arasında bulunmuştur. Tiplerde en erken çiçeklenmenin 28 G 36 tipinde en geç çiçeklenmenin 28 G 16 ve 28 G 26 tiplerinde olduğu görülmüştür. Meyvelerinin en erken olgunlaştığı tiplerin 28 G 36 ve 28 G 46, meyvenin en geç olgunlaştığı tiplerin ise 28 G 26, 28 G 41, 28 G 44 ve 28 G 45 olduğu belirlenmiştir.,

This study was carried out in Espiye and Bulancak county of Giresun province during 2008-2009. It was aimed to determine some pomological and phenological characteristics of the strawberry tree (Arbutus unedo L.) in there. In 2008, 48 strawberry tree types were determined. In 2009, 24 strawberry tree types of them were determined by weight and were studied. According to studies; the fruit weight was between 2,28 g. and 11,00 g, the fruit width was between 16,51 mm and 28,05 mm, the fruit length was between 13,06 mm and 22,03 mm, total soluble solid content was between 24,0 % and 31,0 % and between pH 3,64 and pH 4,10 , acid content was between 0,77 % and 1,19 %. 28G36 was the earliest flowering type, 28 G 16 and 28 G 26 were the latest flowering types, 28 G 46and 28 G 36 were the earliest fruit ripening types, 28 G 26 and 28 G 41 and 28 G 44 and 28 G 45 were the latest fruit ripening types.
