Bazı Polygonum L. (Polygonaceae) Türleri Üzerinde Morfolojik, Anatomik Ve Mikromorfolojik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu hydropiper L. türleri morfolojik, anatomik ve mikromorfolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Türlere ait örnekler Trabzon ilinde farklı lokalitelerinden toplanmıştır. Morfolojik incelemelerde türlerin teşhisine yarayan karakterler belirlenerek türler arası benzerlik ve farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde, türlerin kök, gövde, yaprak ve çiçek kısımlarından alınan enine kesitler incelenmiş, türler arasında anatomik yönden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Anatomik ve morfolojik verilerin analizinde ve sonuçların yorumlanmasında % 5 önem düzeyi dikkate alınmıştır (p<0.05). Taramalı elekron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanılarak yapılan incelemelerde yaprak altüst yüzeyi, stomalar, yaprak eni, çiçek, meyve ve tohum yüzeyleri mikromorfolojik olarak incelenmiş, türler arası farklılık ve benzerlikler ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, P. aviculare L., P. dumetorum L. and P. hydropiper L. species of Polygonum L., genus were investigated morphologically, anatomically and micromorphologically. The species were collected from the different locations of Trabzon. In morphological investigation the similarities and the differences betweeen the species were determined following the identification of morphological diagnostic characters. In anatomical studies, the cross sections of the root, stem, leaf and flower of species were examined; and, comparisons were made between the species. The interpretation of the results and analysis of anatomical and morphological data were taken into account at % 5 significance level (p<0.05). In the examinations made using scanning electron microscope (SEM) the surface of the lower and upper parts of the leaves, stomata, leaf width, flower, fruit and seed surfaces were examined by micromorphologic methods and differences and similarities between species were revealed
