Ordu İli (Türkiye) Sahil Şeridindeki Ascıdıacea (Tunıcata, Urochordata) Faunası Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Ordu (Türkiye) ili sahil şeridi boyunca dağılım gösteren Ascidiacea faunasını belirlemek amacıyla 2014 yılı Mayıs-Eylül ayları arasında bölgede 3 liman, 7 iskele, 9 koy, 4 plaj ve 5 açık denizde olmak üzere toplam 28 lokalitede örnekleme yapılmıştır. Yapılan örneklemeler sonucu bu sınıfa ait 4 aileye (Ascidiidae, Cionidae, Molgulidae, Styelidae) ya giren 4 cins (Ascidiella, Ciona, Molgula, Botryllus)’e ait 5 tür (Ascidiella aspersa, Ciona intestinalis, Molgula manhattensis, Botryllus schlosseri, Botryllus sp.) tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bu türlerin hepsi hem Ordu ili hem de Orta Karadeniz sahil şeridi için ilk kayıttır.

In this study, it is made a sampling total 28 locality comprising 3 port, 7 dock, 9 bay, 4 beach and 5 offshore sea zones between May 2014 – September 2014 in order to define Ascidiacea Fauna showed a distribution throughout coastline of Ordu. The results of sampling studies were done 4 families (Ascidiidae, Cionidae, Molgulidae, Styelidae), 4 genus (Ascidiella, Ciona, Molgula, Botryllus) and 5 species (Ascidiella aspersa, Ciona intestinalis, Molgula manhattensis, Botryllus schlosseri, Botryllus sp.) belong to this class. All of these species are the first records for both Ordu province and Middle Black Sea Region (Turkey).
