dc.description.abstract Bu çalışma, 2018 yılı bahar üretim döneminde Ordu Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü’ne ait ısıtmasız plastik örtülü araştırma serası ve laboratuvarlarında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada domates tohumlarına 0, 25, 50 ve 100 ppm paclobutrazol 2 saat süreyle uygulanmıştır. Uygulama yapılmış tohumlar 3:1 oranında torf:perlit karışımı ile doldurulmuş 42 cc hücre hacmine sahip viyollere 15.03.2018 tarihinde ekilmişlerdir. Deneme 3 tekerrürlü tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde kurulmuş, her bir viyol parsel kabul edilmiştir. Çalışmada 30.04.2018 tarihinde GA3’ün 0, 50 ve 100 ppm dozları ile salisilik asitin 0, 1.0 mM ve 2.0 mM dozları yapraktan sprey şeklinde uygulanmıştır. Kalite parametreleri 50., 60., 67., 74.ve 81. günlerde belirlenmştir. Kalite parametreleri olarak bitki boyu (cm), gövde çapı (mm), boy/gövde çapı oranı, yaprak sayısı (adet/bitki), yaprak SPAD değeri, gövde kuru madde oranı (%), yaprak kroma değeri ve yaprak hue açı değeri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada GA3 ve SA deneme sonuçları ayrı ayrı değerlendirlmiştir. Paclobutrazol bitki boylarında gözlem dönemine ve uygulama dozuna bağlı olarak %24-84 arasında boy kontrolü sağlamıştır. Paclobutrozol etkilerinin zamanla azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Paclobutrozolun geriletici etkilerini gidermede GA3 uygulamaları SA uygulamalarına göre daha etkili olmuştur. Yaprak renk değerleri üzerine paclobutrazol daha koyu bir renk oluşumuna neden olurken, GA3 ve SA daha doygun yeşil renk oluşumunu sağlamışlardır. Paclobutrazol, GA3 ve SA etkilerine ters yönde boy/gövde çapı oranını azaltarak daha güçlü fide oluşumunu teşvik etmiştir.,This study was carried out in the non-heating plastic covered greenhouses and laboratories of the Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Ordu University during the spring production period of 2018. In the study, 0, 25, 50 and 100 ppm the paclobutrazol were applied to tomato seeds for 2 hours. The applied seeds were sowed on 15.03.2018 with a 42 cc cell volume filled with peat:perlite mixture in 3:1 ratio. The experiment was established in the pattern of randomized plots with 3 replications and each viola was accepted as a parcel. Salicylic acid (0, 1.0 and 2.0 mM) and GA3 (0, 50 and 100 ppm) doses were applied at as a spray to seedling at 30.04.2018. Quality parameters of the plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), height/body ratio, number of leaves (pieces/plant), leaf SPAD value, stem dry matter rate (%), leaf chroma value and leaf hue angle value was determined on the 50th, 60th, 67th, 74th and 81th days. GA3 and SA trial results were evaluated separately. Paclobutrazol provided a height control of 24-84% depending on the observation period and application dose in plant height. Paclobutrozol effects were decreased in time. GA3 applications were more effective than SA applications in the reversal effects of paclobutrozole. On leaf color values, paclobutrazol resulted in a darker color formation, whereas GA3 and SA produced more saturated green color. Paclobutrazol, by decreasing the length/body ratio in the opposite direction to the effects of GA3 and SA, has encouraged the formation of stronger seedlings. en_US
