dc.description.abstract	Kum şırlanı olarak bilinen Donax trunculus Linnaeus, 1758, sığ kıyısal alanlarda kolonize olmuş Atlantik-Akdeniz kökenli bir çift kabuklu türdür. Bu çalışmada, dalga hareketlerinin çok yüksek olduğu (0-2 m) kumsal alanlarda yaşayan, D. trunculus türünün Biyolojik özellikleri ve bu özelliklerin birbiriyle ilişkileri belirlenmiştir.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Donax trunculus, known as wedge clam, is an Atlantic-Mediternean bivalve colonizing fine sand beaches in the upper subtidal zone. This study has the aim of determining the biometric features of wedge clam (Donax trunculus Linnaeus, 1758) living in the high-density sandy beaches (0-2 m) and the relationships between these features.	en_US
