Çayda Farklı Tarihlerde Çırpmanın Hasat Tarihi, Verim ve Kalite Özelliklerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma çayda farklı tarihlerde çırpmanın hasat tarihi, verim ve kalite özelliklerine (kuru madde, toplam polifenol, toplam kül, selüloz, ekstrakt ve kafein) etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışma 2015 ve 2016 yıllarında, Trabzon’un Of ilçesinde bir üretici bahçesinde yürütülmüştür. Deneme deseni tesadüf parsellerinde ve 3 tekerrürlü olarak düzenlenmiştir. Çay ocaklarında hasat tablasının 10 cm altından, budama makasıyla 15 aralık, 1 ocak, 15 ocak, 1 şubat, 15 şubat, 1 mart, 15 mart ve 1 nisan olmak üzere 8 farklı tarihte çırpma uygulaması yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda hasat tarihlerinde 1. sürgün döneminde kontrole göre 33 günlük, 2. sürgün döneminde 22 günlük ve 3. sürgün döneminde de 20 günlük gecikme belirlenmiştir. Çırpma uygulamasının, yapıldığı yılın bütün sürgün dönemlerinde, kontrole göre verim düşük olmuştur. Diğer taraftan, çırpma uygulamasının kalite özelliklerini genel olarak olumlu yönde etkilediği de belirlenmiştir.,

This study was carried out to determine the effect of skiffing at different times on tea harvest date, yield and quality characteristics (dry matter, total polyphenol, total ash, cellulose, axtract, caffeine) at a farmer orchard in Of county (Trabzon province of Turkey) in 2015 and 2016 years. Experiment was set up out in completely randomized design with one factor and three replications. In the tea bushes, skiffing applications were made from 10 cm below the harvesting table in 8 different dates as 15 December, 1 January, 15 January, 1 February, 15 February, 1 March, 15 March and 1 April by pruning shears. The results showed that the harvest dates was affected by skiffing applications. In the harvest dates, it was determined that 33 days delay compared to the control during the first harvest period, 22 days in the second harvest period and 20 days in the third harvest period. In tea bushes where skiffing is applied and in all harvesting periods, yield was low compared to yield control. On the other hand, it has also been determined that the skiffing effect has a positive impact on quality characteristics in general.
