Şebinkarahisar’da (Giresun) Yetiştirilen Yerel Alişar Armut Çeşidinde Morfolojik ve Pomolojik İncelemeler

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2014 ve 2015 yıllarında Giresun ilinin Şebinkarahisar ilçesinde yetiştirilen Alişar armut klonlarının meyve ve ağaç özelliklerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada ilçede yetiştirilen yerel armut çeşitlerinin fenolojik, morfolojik ve pomolojik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında 27 klon tespit edilmiş ve incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucuna göre; meyve ağırlığı 42.99 g (A-16) ile 143.96 g (A-17) arasında, meyve eni 39.80 mm (A-2) ile 63.16 mm (A-1), meyve boyu 48.96 mm (A-16) ile 75.24 mm (A- 17), meyve suyu pH’sı 4.05 (A-11) ile 5.90 (A-4), titre edilebilir asit miktarı % 0.53 (A-27) ile % 1.58 (A-26) ve suda çözülür kuru madde miktarı % 7.90 (A-7) ile % 21.90 (A-20) arasında tespit edilmiştir.,

This study has been done between the years 2014-2015 the Alişar pear clon and its characteristics of bath fruit and plant growing in Giresun Şebinkarahisar. İn this study; the phenologicall, morphological and pomological features of this kind of pear variety that grows in Şebinkarahisar were specified. During the work was examined twenty eight clon. According to the study, weight of fruit is between 48.96 mm (A-16) and 63.16 (A-1), the height of fruit is between 48.96 mm (A-16) and 75.24 (A-17), pH is between 4.05 (A-11) and 5.90 (A-4), the amount of titratable acid is between % 0.53 (A-27) and %1.58 (A-26) and soluble solid content is between % 7.90 (A-7) and %21.90 (A-20).
