Abstract: Bu çalışma 2018 ve 2019 yıllarında Samsun ili Çarşamba ilçesinde kültürel uygulamaların yeterli yapıldığı ve herhangi bir kültürel uygulamanın yapılmadığı 2 farklı fındık bahçesinde yetiştirilen Çakıldak çeşidinde verim ve meyve kalite özelliklerindeki değişiminin belirlenmesi amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada ocak verimi, bitki başına verim, bitki verim etkinliği, çotanaktaki meyve sayısı, kabuklu meyve ağırlığı, iç meyve ağırlığı, iç oranı, kabuk kalınlığı, göbek boşluğu, kabuklu ve iç meyve boyutları, sağlam iç oranı, kusurlu iç oranı, buruşuk iç oranı, eksik iç oranı, boş meyve oranı, çürük iç oranı ve küflü iç oranı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada incelenen özellikler bakımından bakımlı ve bakımsız bahçe arasında görülen farklılıklar istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Araştırma sonuçlarına göre kabuklu meyve ağırlığı 1.82 g (bakımsız)-2.27 g (bakımlı); iç meyve ağırlığı 0.96 g (bakımsız)-1.30 g (bakımlı); iç oranı %52.75 (bakımsız)-%57.30 (bakımlı); kabuk kalınlığı 0.78 mm (bakımsız)-0.95 mm (bakımlı); göbek boşluğu 0.74 mm (bakımlı)1.42 mm (bakımsız); sağlam iç oranı %78.4 (bakımsız)-%92.0 (bakımlı); kusurlu iç oranı %10.4 (bakımlı)-%21.1 (bakımsız) ve boş meyve oranı %0.9 (bakımlı)-%3.7 (bakımsız) arasında bulunmuştur. Bunun yanı sıra çotanaktaki meyve sayısı 2.39 (bakımsız)-2.95 (bakımlı), ocak verimi 721 g (bakımsız)-1751 g (bakımlı), bitki başına verim 49.3 g (bakımsız)-432 g (bakımlı) ve bitki verim etkinliği 0.004 kg cm-2 (bakımsız)- 0.006 kg cm-2 (bakımlı) arasında tespit edilmiştir.,This study was carried out to determine the change in yield and fruit quality characteristics of Çakıldak cultivars grown in 2 different hazelnut orchards where cultural practices were performed completely and no cultural practices were performed in Çarşamba province of Samsun county, in 2018-2019 years. In Çakıdak hazelnut growing in investigated orchards was determined yield per ‘Ocak’, yield per plant, yield efficiency, number of nuts per cluster, fruit weight, kernel weight, kernel percentage, shell thickness, central cavity, nut and kernel dimensions, good kernel, defective kernel, shriveled kernel, poor fiil, blank nuts, brown strain and moldy kernel. Among the differences cultivated and non-cultivated hazelnut orchards in terms of investigated characteristics were found statistically significant (p<0.05).
