Abstract: Bu çalışmada, hamfosfat ve farklı organik gübre uygulamalarının mısır bitkisinin gelişimi, P içeriği ve fizyolojik etkinliği ile bazı bitki besin maddesi içerikleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla toprağa %3 oranında Fındık Zuruf Kompostu (FZK), Çay Atığı Kompostu (ÇAK), Çöp Kompostu (ÇÖK), Sığır Gübresi (SIG), Koyun Gübresi (KOG), At Gübresi (ATG), Tavuk Gübresi (TAG) ve Ticari Organik Gübre (TCG) uygulamaları ile 300 mg kg-1 fosfor olacak şekilde ham fosfat uygulanmış ve 15 gün süreyle inkübasyona bırakılmıştır. Deneme 3 kg toprak alan saksılarda, 42 gün süreyle ve 4 paralelli olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, bitkide en yüksek kuru ağırlık sığır, tavuk ve at gübre uygulamalarından, en düşük ise kontrol uygulaması ile birlikte TCG ve ÇÖK uygulamalarından elde edilmiştir. Bitkinin P içeriği TAG, ÇÖK ve FZK uygulamalarında, bitkinin P alımı, agronomik ve konsantrasyona göre fizyolojik etkinliği ise TAG, SIG ve ATG uygulamalarında en yüksek düzeyde gerçekleşmiştir. Mısır bitkisinin toplam N, K, Fe ve Cu içerikleri en yüksek TAG uygulamasından elde edilirken, en düşük kontrol, ÇÖK ve SIG uygulamalarından elde edilmiştir. Çöp ve çay atığı kompostlarında bitkinin çinko ve mangan içerikleri yüksek olmuştur. Ham fosfat uygulamaları mısır bitkisinin kuru ağırlığını, fosfor içeriğini, fosfor alımını, konsantrasyona göre fizyolojik etkinliğini ve demir içeriğini önemli düzeyde arttırmıştır. Fosfor alımına göre fizyolojik etkinlik, bitkinin Cu, Zn ve Mn içeriği ham fosfat uygulaması ile önemli düzeyde azalırken, N ve K içerikleri önemsi düzeyde artmıştır.,In this study, the effect of rock phosphate and different organic fertilizer applications on maize plant growth, P content, physiological efficieny and some plant nutrient contents were investigated. For this purpose, Hazelnut Husk Compost (HHC), Tea Wastes Compost (TWC), Municipal Wastes Compost (MWC), Poultry Manure (POM), Cow Manure (CWM), Sheep Manure (SHM), Horse Manure (HOM), Commercial Organik Fertilizer (COF) were applied 3.0 percent and 300 mg P kg-1 soil with rock phosphates and incubated for fifteen days. The experiment was carried out in pots with 3 kg soil for 42 days and 4 replications. According to the results, while the highest dry weight in the plant was obtained from cow, poultry and horse manure applications, the lowest was obtained from COF and MWC applications with control application. The P content of the plant was found to be highest in POM, MWC and HHC applications; phosphorus uptake, agronomic and physiologic efficiency (concentration) were highest in POM, CWM and HOM applications. While the total N, K, Fe and Cu contents of the maize plant were obtained from the highest POM application; MWC, CWM and control were obtained the lowest. Zinc and manganese contents of the plant were high in MWC and TWC. Rock phosphate applications significantly increased the dry weight, phosphorus content, phosphorus uptake, physiologic efficiency and iron content of maize plant. Physiologic efficiency (uptake), Cu, Zn and Mn content of the plant decreased significantly with rock phosphate application, while N and K contents decreased non significantly.
