Lisans Düzeyinde Tiyatro/Oyunculuk Öğretim Programlarında Görev Yapan Öğretim Elemanlarının Müzik ile İlgili Derslere İlişkin Görüşleri

Abstract

Müzik, tiyatro disiplininin vazgeçilmez bir parçasıdır. Tiyatro/oyunculuk eğitiminde de müzik, oyuncu adayının profesyonel mesleki yaşantısı için yadsınamaz bir önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırma ise, Tiyatro/oyunculuk bölümlerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerdeki müzikle ilgili derslerden edinilmesi gereken becerilerin tiyatro eğitiminin gereklilikleri doğrultusunda gerçekleştirme düzeylerinin saptanması açısından önemlidir. Araştırma, tiyatro/oyunculuk bölümü öğretim elemanlarının müzik derslerine ilişkin görüşlerinin tespit edilmesine yönelik genel tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışma olup, araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “Lisans Düzeyinde Eğitim Veren Tiyatro/Oyunculuk Bölümlerindeki Öğretim Elemanlarının Müzik İle İlgili Derslere İlişkin Görüşleri” anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler, IBM SPSS Statistics 26 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğretim elemanlarının, tiyatro/oyunculuk lisans öğretim programlarında yürütülen müzik derslerinin içeriğine ve süresine, tiyatro/oyunculuk lisans öğretim programlarında müzik derslerini yürüten öğretim elemanlarının nicelik ve nitelik durumlarına ve tiyatro/oyunculuk alanında öğrenim gören lisans öğrencilerinin müziksel becerilerini profesyonel oyunculuk performansına dönüştürmesine ilişkin görüşlerine yönelik değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.

In addition to its being an integral part of the Theater Studies, the music has an incontrovertible place in the professional career of the actor/actress candidate during his/her Theater and Performance education. This study is essential to determine the level of the actualization of the competencies which should be gained from the music related lessons among the students who have been studying at the Theater and Performance education programs in accordance with the necessities of the Theater and Performance education. This is a descriptive study of the general survey model which is aimed at determining the remarks of the Theater and Performance education instructors about the musical lessons; the criterion based purposive sampling method has been employed. In this study, the survey “The İnstructors' Remarks At The Theater And Performance Studies Undergraduate Programs About The Musical Lessons”, which is developed by the researcher, has been used as the data collection tool. The collected data have been analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. At the result of the research, the evaluations of the instructors’ remarks about the musical lessons’ content and duration which are conducted at the Theater and Performance studies undergraduate programs, the quality and the quantity status of the instructors who are conducting the musical lesson at the Theater and Performance studies undergraduate programs and converting the musical competencies to the professional performance of the students who have been studying the Theater and Performance studies
