Mikrotonal Gitarda Makamsal Müziğin Çokseslendirilmesine İlişkin Yaklaşımlar

Abstract

Dünyada farklı müziklerde kullanılan birçok ses sistemi mevcuttur. Türkiye coğrafyasında ise yaygın olarak kullanılan üç farklı ses sistemi bulunmaktadır. Bunlar 17 perdeli sistem, 24 perdeli sistem ve 12 eşit ton tampereman sistemidir. Makamsal müziklerin ses sistemlerinde koma ya da mikroton olarak adlandırılan ve yarım sesten küçük aralıklar mevcuttur. Bu aralıklar, makamsal müziklerde önemli bir role sahiptir. Günümüzde 12 eşit ton tampereman sistemi kullanan çoksesli müziğin, çokseslendirme unsurlarını makam müziğiyle birleştirip yeni sentezler oluşturmak için çeşitli yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Kullanılan yöntemler arasında mikrotonal gitar çalgısının yapısı gereği oluşturduğu yöntem, diğerlerine nazaran önemli birtakım farklar barındırır. Bu çalışmanın amacı mikrotonal gitarda makamsal müziği çokseslendirme yaklaşımlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu doğrultuda 2016 yılından bu yana düzenlenmekte olan Uluslararası Mikrotonal Gitar Yarışması için düzenlenmiş eser uyarlamalarından seçilen eserler incelenmiştir. İncelemeler sonucunda elde edilen veriler mikrotonal gitarda da bilinen çokseslendirme yöntemlerinin kullanıldığını; fakat bunlara ek olarak mikrotonal aralıkların çeşitli çokseslendirme yaklaşımlarında önemli role sahip olduğunu göstermektedir,

There are a variety of tuning systems used in different music genres in the world. Three of these systems are extensively used in the geography of Turkey which are the 17 fretted system, 24 fretted system and the 12 equal tone tamperament system. In makam music tuning systems, there are intervals called microtone which are distinctly smaller than a semitone. These intervals have an important role in makam music. Today, various methods are used to create new syntheses by combining the polyphonic elements of polyphonic music, which uses 12 equal tone tampereman system, with maqam music. Among the methods used, the method created by the microtonal guitar by its nature has some important differences compared to the others. The aim of this work is to reveal polyphonic approaches in makam music on microtonal guitar. In this direction, the works selected from the arrangements made for the International Microtonal Guitar Competition, which has been held since 2016, were examined. The data obtained as a result of the examinations shows that the known polyphonic methods are also used in the microtonal guitar; but in addition to these, it shows that microtonal intervals have an important role in various polyphony approaches.
