Kayseri Talas Tarihi Kent Dokusunun Peyzaj Mimarlığı Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

Tarihi kentler ve tarihi dokuların korunması kavramları günümüzde çok büyük önem kazanmıştır. Tarihi yapıları tek başlarına korumanın ötesinde, etrafında var olan tüm öğelerle birlikte varlığını devam ettirebilmesini sağlamak, kısaca yapı ölçeği dışında kentsel doku olarak korumak, geçmişin izlerinin devamı ve tarihi kent peyzajının sürdürülebilirliği açısından önemli bir yaklaşımdır. Talas ilçesi, tarihi, kültürel ve doğal yapısı ile özgün nitelikte değerli bir yerleşmedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Talas, tarihi kent dokusunun mevcut durumunun “Peyzaj Mimarlığı” bakış açısı ile değerlendirilmesidir. Varlığını sürdüren kentsel doku veya dokular incelenerek, günümüzdeki durumları, işlevleri ve mekansal kullanımları irdelenmiş, tarihi kent dokusunun özellikleri ortaya konulmuş ve tarihi yerleşimin peyzaj özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Son olarak alana ait SWOT analizi gerçekleştirilerek, alanın sahip olduğu güçlü-zayıf yönler, fırsatlar-tehditler ortaya konulmuştur. The historical city concept and preservation of historical tissues have gained great importance nowadays. Beyond protecting historical structures alone, it is possible to maintain its presence along with all the elements that exist around it, in short to preserve it as urban tissue outside the structure scale, the continuation of traces of the past and the historical city landscape An important approach for sustainability. The town of Talas is a valuable settlement with its historical, cultural and natural structure. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current state of Talas, historical city tissue from the perspective of Landscape Architecture. By examining the existing urban tissue or tissues, their current status, functions and spatial uses have been examined, the characteristics of the historical urban texture have been revealed and the landscape characteristics of the historical settlement have been determined. Finally, SWOT analysis of the area was carried out, revealing the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the area. As a result of the study, suggestions were given.
