Türkiye’de Uygulanan Müzik Terapi Yaklaşımları

Abstract

Bu araştırmada; Türkiye’de tamamlayıcı tıp uygulamaları kapsamındaki müzik terapi alanının durumu, sertifikalı müzik terapi eğitimi, müzik terapistlerde bulunması gereken özellikler, müzik terapi ünitesi koşulları ve müzik terapi uygulamalarının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veriler Görüşme Yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Görüşme yönteminde ise ülkemizde müzik terapi sertifika sahibi olan ve ulaşılabilen akademisyen, doktor, sağlık meslek mensubu ve müzik meslek mensuplarına yönelik Standartlaştırılmış Açık Uçlu Görüşme Formu uygulanmıştır. Katılımcı görüşlerinden elde edilen ham veriler analiz edilip bulgular bölümünde temalaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın problem cümlesi ışığında alt problemler oluşturularak her alt probleme ilişkin sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. Nitel veri çözümleme tekniklerinin kullanıldığı araştırmanın sonucunda; ülkemizde müzik terapi alanı ve bu alana yönelik sertifikalı eğitim, müzik terapi uygulamaları, müzik terapistlerin nitelik durumları ve müzik terapi ünite koşulları tespit edilmiştir ve müzik terapi, müzik terapi uygulamaları, müzik terapi eğitimi, müzik terapi ünitesi ve müzik terapistlere yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this recent study, it was aimed determining of the status of the music therapy field within the content of complementary medicine applications in Turkey, of certified music therapy training, of the characteristics which music therapists should have, music therapy unit conditions and music therapy applications. The data of this research was obtained by using the Interview Method. During the interviews a standardized Open-Ended Interview Form was applied to the academicians, doctors, health professionals and music professionals with music therapy certifications in Turkey. The raw datas that were acquired from the opinions of the participants were analysed and commented on in the findings part. Results and suggestions concerning each sub problem were given place by creating sub problems in the light of the problem sentence of the research. As the result of the study using qualitative data analysis, the field of the music therapy and the certified education opportunities of this field, music therapy applications, the qualifications of music therapists, and music therapy unit conditions in Turkey have been determined. And recommendations were done oriented music therapy, music therapy practices, music therapy training, music therapy unit, and music therapists.
