Abstract: Bu araştırmada, türbin olarak kullanılan santrifüj pompanın jeneratör olarak kullanılan asenkron makinesinin, şebekeden izole olarak çalışırken değişken yük koşullarındaki performansının yükseltilmesi için elektronik kontrol kartı tasarlanmıştır. Kendinden ikazlı çalışan üç fazlı asenkron makine ile tek fazlı yüklerin beslenmesi incelenmiş balast yük sürücü kartı hazırlanmış ve test edilmiştir. Yük kontrol kartının asenkron jeneratör uç gerilimini kontrol etmesi için PID kontrol sistemi kullanmıştır. PID kontrolü algoritmasında balast yükün oransal kontrolünü sağlayan PWM modülasyonun başarılı şekilde çalıştığı ve jeneratör çıkış gerilimini istenilen gerilim seviyesinde ve frekansında tutabildiği tespit edilmiştir. Kontrol ve sürücü kartının oluşturduğu harmonik bozulmanın limitler dahilinde olduğu ve jeneratör sargılarında fazladan bir ısınmaya yol açmadığı tespit edilmiştir.,In this research, the electronic load control unit has designed on offline asynchronous generator at centrifugal pumps as turbines to improve electrical performance during variable load conditions. Feeding of single phase loads by self-excited three-phase asynchronous machines was examined and ballast load driver card was prepared and tested. The PID control system is used to control load driver board for adjusting generator terminal voltages. In the PID control algorithm, it has been determined that it works very successfully with PWM modulation which provides proportional control of ballast load and can keep generator output voltage at desired voltage level and frequency. İt has been found that the harmonic distortion caused by control and driver card is within the limits and does not cause any additional heating in the generator windings.
