Taşova (Amasya) İlçesinde Yetiştirilen Bazı Standart Kiraz Çeşitlerinin Morfolojik ve Patolojik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma Amasya ili Taşova ilçesine bağlı Yerkozlu Köyünde 230 m rakımda kurulan bir üreticiye ait ticari kapama kiraz bahçesinde yürütülmüştür. Deneme materyali olarak yörede yaygın olarak yetiştirilen Early Burlat, 0900 Ziraat, Premier Giant ve Lambert standart kiraz çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. 2019 ve 2020 yıllarında yürütülen bu çalışmada tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak düzenlenmiş ve her tekerrürde 3 ağaç kullanılmıştır. Birinci ve ikinci yıl, üzerine çalışma yapılan ağaçlarda morfolojik ve pomolojik analizler yapılmıştır. İstatistik analizlerle elde edilen iki yılın ortalama verilerine göre 0900 Ziraat ve Premier Giant çeşitlerinin meyve ağırlığı, meyve iriliği, meyve hacmi, meyve eti sertliği, çekirdek ağırlığı, meyve sap ağırlığı ve meyve sap kalınlığı diğer çeşitlere göre yüksek bulunmuştur. İki yılın ortalama rakamlarına göre 100 meyve ağırlığı 609.03 g (Lambert) ile 886.27 g (Premier Giant) arasında değişim gösterirken, en ağır meyveler 8.87 g ile Premier Giant çeşidinde belirlenmiştir. Çeşitlerin verim değerleri 35.50 kg/ağaç (Premier Giant) ile 75.83 kg/ağaç (Lambert) arasında değişim göstermiştir. Bu çalışma ile Taşova yöresinde yetiştirilen kuş kirazı (Prunus avium L.) üzerine aşılı 0900 Ziraat, Early burlat, Lambert ve Premier Giant çeşitlerinin 2 yıllık performans değerleri ışığında birçok analiz sonucunun diğer bölgelerdeki çalışmalara kıyasla daha yüksek değerlere sahip olduğu, çalışma sonuçlarının bilimsel veri tabanına bu anlamda katkı sağlayacağı ve Taşova ilçesinin söz konusu çeşitlerin yetiştiriciliğine elverişli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

This study was carried out in the commercial closed cherry orchard of a producer established at an altitude of 230 m in Yerkozlu Village of Tasova district of Amasya province. As trial material.Early Burlat, 0900 Ziraat, Premier Giant and Lambert standard cherry varieties which are widely grown in the region, were used. In this study, which was carried out in 2019 and 2020, 3 replications were arranged according to the randomized plots experimental design and 3 trees were used in each replication. In the first and second years, morphological and pomological analyzes were made on the trees studied. According to the average data of two years obtained by statistical analysis, fruit weight, fruit size, fruit volume, flesh firmness, seed weight, fruit stem weight and fruit stem thickness of 0900 Ziraat and Premier Giant varieties were found to be higher than other varieties. According to the average figures of the two years, 100 fruit weights varied between 609.03 g (Lambert) and 886.27 g (Premier Giant), while the heaviest fruits were determined in Premier Giant variety with 8.87 g. The yield values of the cultivars varied between 35.50 kg/tree (Premier Giant) and 75.83 kg/tree (Lambert). In this study, it has been determined that in the light of the 2- year performance values of 0900 Ziraat, Early burlat, Lambert and Premier Giant cultivars grafted on bird cherry (Prunus avium L.) grown in Taşova region, many analysis results have higher values compared to the studies in other regions, the results of the study will contribute to the scientific database and Taşova district is suitable for the cultivation of the aforementioned varieties.
