Ordu Ünye Ortayılmazlar ve Burunucu Mahallerinde Bulunan Geleneksel Konut Örnekleri

Abstract

Bu araştırma Ordu ili, Ünye ilçesi Ortayılmazlar ve Burunucu (Çömlekçi) mahallelerinde yer alan 25 adet tescilli geleneksel konutu içermektedir. Çalışma alanı olarak seçilen Ortayılmazlar mahallesinden 17, Burunucu mahallesinden 8 adet konut incelenmiştir. Giriş bölümünde tez çalışmasının amacı, önemi, yöntemi, sınırlıkları ve kaynak araştırması ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Ünye tarihçe ve coğrafyası öz olarak verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde konut kavramı ve tanımlamalar yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde geleneksel konutlar ve plan tipleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde katalog başlığı altında konutlar incelenmiş ve bu incelemeler fotoğraf ve çizimlerle desteklenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde değerlendirme, karşılaştırma ve sonuç ele alınmıştır. Araştırmaya konu olan örnekler genel olarak 19. yüzyılın ikinci yarısından 20. yüzyılın başlarına tarihlenmektedir. İki konutta yapım kitabesi yer almaktadır. Konutlarda görülen plan tipleri iç sofalı, dış sofalı ve orta sofalıdır. Ön bahçeli konutlar yanında sokağa cephe olan konutlarda bulunmaktadır. Dış cepheleri tamamen taştan örülmüş ve taş saçaklı ve balkonlu konutlar da görülmektedir. Konutların tamamına yakınının bodrum ya da zemin katları moloz taş örgülüdür. Üst katların iç ve dış duvarları ahşap çatkı arası hımış dolgulu ya da bağdadi sıvalı duvarlardır. Zemin ya da bodrum katların genelinde sarnıç ya da su kuyusu uygulamaları görülmektedir.

This research includes 25 registered traditional residences in Ordu, Ünye district Ortayılmazlar and Burunucu (Potter) neighborhoods. 17 residences from Ortayilmazlar neighborhood, selected as study area, and 8 residences from Burunucu district were examined. In the introduction, the purpose, importance, method, limitations and resource research of the thesis study are discussed. In the first part, Ünye's history and geography is given as a core. In the second part, the concept of housing and definitions are made. In the third section, information about traditional houses and types of plan is given. In the fourth section, the residences are examined under the catalog title and these reviews are supported by photographs and drawings. In the fifth section, evaluation, comparison and result are discussed. The examples that are the subject of the study are generally dated from the second half of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. There are construction inscriptions in two houses. The plan types seen in the residences are with inner and outer sofas and middle sofas. It is located in houses with front facades, as well as houses with front gardens. There are also houses with stone fringes and balconies. Basement or ground floors of almost all houses are built of rubble stone. The inner and outer walls of the upper floors are timber-filled or plastered plastered walls between the wooden frame. Cistern or water well applications are seen across the ground or basement floors.
