dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, 2013-2014 üretim sezonunda Ordu Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümüne ait plastik sera ve laboratuvarlarda yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada kıvırcık marul çeşitlerinde bor gübre uygulamalarının verim ve kaliteye etkileri belirlenmiştir. Yetiştirme ortamı olarak 3:1 oranında torf: perlit karışımı kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan yetiştirme ortamları 50x18x16 cm ebadındaki balkon tipi saksılara doldurulmuştur. Çalışma, tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde 3 tekerrürlü kurulmuş ve her saksı bir uygulama tekerrürü olarak alınmıştır. Fırtına, Olenka ve Campania marul çeşitlerinin fideleri 10.10.2013 tarihinde her saksıya 3 bitki olacak şekilde dikilmişlerdir. Çalışmada borun 0, 50, 100, 200 ve 400 g/da dozları ve humik asitin 0 ve %0.2 dozları denemeye alınmıştır. Bitkilerde 10.12.2013 tarihinde hasat yapılmıştır. Hasat edilen bitkilerde bitki verimi (g/m2), yaprak eni (cm), yaprak uzunluğu (cm), yaprak sayısı (adet/bitki), kök uzunluğu (cm), kök gelişim değeri, yaprak kroma değeri, yaprak hue açı değeri ve klorofil içeriği belirlenmiştir. Borun 50 g/da dozu %4 oranında verim artışı sağlamıştır. Bor dozları ile yaprak sayısı ve klorofil içerikleri azalmış, kök uzunluğu, hue açı değeri ve kroma değeri artmıştır. Humik asit verim ve yaprak uzunluğunu artırmış, yaprask sayısı ve kök uzunluğunu azaltmıştır. Bor gübrelemesi ile yaprak renginin parlaklığı ve doygunluğu artmış, yaprak rengi yeşilden mavi renge doğru değişmiştir.,This research was conducted in the plastic greenhouse and laboratories of Ordu University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture during 2013-2014 production season. In this study, effects of boron fertilizer and humic acid applications on yield and quality of curly leaf lettuce varieties were determined. 3: 1 mixture of peat: perlite mixture was used as growing medium. Prepared growing media were filled to 50x18x16 cm size plastic pots. The study was established in randomized plot design with 3 replications and each pot was taken as a replica of application. Seedlings of Fırtına, Olenka and Campania lettuce varieties were planted on 10.10.2013 with 3 plants per pots. In the study, 0, 50, 100, 200 and 400 g / da doses of boron and 0 and 0.2% doses of humic acid were studied. The plants were harvested on 10.12.2013. Plant yield (g / m2), leaf width (cm), leaf length (cm), number of leaves (number / plant), root length (cm), root growth value, leaf chroma value, leaf hue angle value and chlorophyll content was determined. The 50 g / da dose of boron resulted in an increase in yield of 4%. With boron doses, number of leaves and chlorophyll contents decreased, root length, hue angle value and chroma value increased. Humic acid increased yield and leaf length, decreased leaf number and root length. With boron fertilization, the brightness and saturation of the leaf color increased and the leaf color changed from green to blue color.en_US
