Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu’nun Kiralık Konak Romanında Kelime Grupları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu’nun “Kiralık Konak” romanında yer alan kelime gruplarının çeşitleri ve özellikleriyle belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle kaynak taraması yapılarak kelime grubu kavramı tanımlanmaya ve çeşitleri belirlenmeye çalışıldı. Bu aşamada Leylâ Karahan’ın “Türkçede Söz Dizimi” adlı eseri birincil kaynak olarak değerlendirildi. Bu çalışma; giriş, dört bölümden oluşan ana metin ve değerlendirme ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın kuramsal çerçevesi ortaya konuldu. Birinci bölümde Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu’nun hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verildi ve “Kiralık Konak” romanının tahlili yapıldı. İkinci bölümde dilbilimcilerin kelime grubu tanımlarına ve sınıflandırmalarına yer verildi ve kelime grupları üzerine yapılan yüksek lisans çalışmaları tanıtıldı. Üçüncü bölümde kelime grubu ve çeşitleri özellikleriyle beraber açıklandı. Kelime grupları tanıtılırken örnekler “Kiralık Konak” romanından alındı. Dördüncü bölümde “Kiralık Konak” romanında yer alan kelime gruplarının tespitine geçildi. Bu amaçla her cümlenin ögeleri belirlenerek cümle içerisindeki kelime grupları gösterildi. Devamında kelime grubu içerisinde yer alan diğer kelime grupları da belirlenerek incelendi. Değerlendirme ve sonuç bölümünde “Kiralık Konak” romanında yer alan kelime gruplarının kullanım sayısını ve yüzdeliğini gösteren istatistikî tabloya yer verildi ve tablo değerlendirildi. Yapılan inceleme sonucu “Kiralık Konak” romanında toplam 22.761 kelime grubu tespit edildi. Bu sonuç da gösteriyor ki Türkçe kelime grubu çeşidi ve kullanımı yönünden zengin bir dildir. Kelime grupları cümlenin oluşumunda önemli bir rol üstlenir. Kelime gruplarını tanımadan cümleyi kurmak veya çözümlemek imkânsızdır. Kelime grupları üzerine yapılacak bu tür çalışmalar kelime gruplarının daha iyi tanınmasını sağlayacaktır. Böylece Türkçenin anlatım gücü artacaktır.,

In this study, it is tried to determine the word groups in Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu's novel “Kiralık Konak”. For this purpose, first of all, by searching the sources, the concept of word group was tried to be determined and its types were determined. At this stage, Leylâ Karahan's “Word Syntax in Turkish” was considered as the first source. This study consists of an introduction, a main text consisting of four chapters and an evaluation and conclusion. In the introduction part, the theoretical framework of the study is presented. In the first part, information was given about the life, literary personality and works of Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu and analysis of the novel “Kiralık Konak” was made. In the second part, the definitions and classifications of linguists are given and the master's studies on word groups are introduced. In the third part, the word group and its types are explained with their features. While introducing word groups, examples were taken from the novel “Kiralık Konak”. In the fourth chapter, the word groups in the novel “Kiralık Konak” were identified. For this purpose, the elements of each sentence were determined and the groups of words were shown. Subsequently, other word groups within the word group were identified and examined. In the evaluation and conclusion section, the statistical table showing the number and percentage of usage of the word groups in the novel “Kiralık Konak” was given a part and the table was evaluated. As a result of the examination, a total of 22,761 word groups were identified in the novel “Kiralık Konak”. This result shows that the Turkish word group is rich in variety and usage. Groups of words play an important role in the formation of the sentence. It is impossible to establish or analyze the sentence without recognizing the groups of words. Such studies on word groups will provide better recognition of word groups. Thus, the expression power of Turkish will increase.
