Balıkçılık Teknolojisi Mühendisliği Bölümü Mezunlarının İstihdam Durumlarının İstatistiksel Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma 1988 yılında ilk mezunlarını veren ve 2017 yılına kadar ki tüm mezunları içeren, Balıkçılık Teknolojisi Mühendisliği Bölümü mezunlarının istihdam durumlarının istatistiksel analizini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla hazırlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. 1988- 2017 yılına kadar bölümlerden toplam 1415 kişi mezun olduğu tespit edilmiş ve bu mezunlardan 59 kişi (45 erkek-14 kadın) ile anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket 36 sorudan oluşmakta olup, 4 âdeti demografik, 6 âdeti eğitim ve 26 âdeti mesleki konuları içermektedir. Mezunların %69.5’inin mesleklerinden memnun olduğu, %83.1’inin herhangi bir sektörde çalıştığı, %45.8’inin kamuda çalıştığı ve bunların %85.1’inin kamuda çalışmaktan memnun olduğu ve mezunlardan %44.1’inin Balıkçılık Teknolojisi Mühendisi olarak çalıştığı belirlenmiştir. Ankete katılan Balıkçılık Teknolojisi Mühendisleri mezunlarının %67.35’i çalışmakta olduğu işini değiştirmek istemediğini, %56.25’i almış olduğu ücretin tatmin edici olduğunu, ortalama aylık gelirlerinin 2244 TL olduğunu ve %91.5 de kamuda yeterince istihdam edilmediklerini belirtmişlerdir.,This study gives a statistical analysis of the employment status of the graduates of the Department of Fisheries Technology Engineering from 1988 to 2017. Thr survey consists of 36 questions, while 4 of them are demographic, 6 of them is related to education and 26 of them focus on professinal life. Acoording to our results, it is understood that % 69.5 of the graduates are satisfied with their professions while, %44.1 of them works as Fisheries Technology Engineer, %83.1 work in any kind sector, %45.8 has a government job where % 85.1 of these goverment workers are satisfied to be a public worker. According to the survey, %67.35 of the graduates are not interested in changing their current jobs, % 56.25 of them are satisfied with their salary which is 2244 TL per month in average. % 91.5 of them complains about the low number government job positions.
