dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Ordu ve çevresinde farklı yüksekliklerdeki lokalitelerden alınan Laurocerasus officinalis M. Roem. türüne ait bitkiler yükseklik ve mevsimsel farklılıklar açısından morfolojik, anatomik ve mikromorfolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Morfolojik incelemelerde yaprak ve yaprak sapının en ve boyları belirlenmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde yaprak sapından enine, yapraktan ise hem enine hem de yüzeysel kesitler alınmıştır. Yüksekliğe ve mevsime bağlı olarak anatomik yönden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıĢtır. Yapraklarda stoma indeksi hesaplanmıştır. Mikromorfolojik incelemelerde yaprak sapı ve yaprakların yüzeysel yapısı taramalı elektron mikroskobu ile incelenmiştir. Yaprak sapı ve yaprakta anatomik, morfolojik ve mikromorfolojik olarak yüksekliğe bağlı olarak önemli değişikliklerin olduğu görülmüştür. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the specimens of Laurocerasus officinalis M. Roem. species collected from different localities were examined morphologically, anatomically and micromorphologically in terms of altitude and seasonal differences. In morphological examination, the width and the length of the leaves and the petioles were determined. In the anatomical examination, cross section was taken from the petiole and both cross and surface sections were taken from the leaves. Anatomical comparisons were made depending on the altitude and season. Stomata index was calculated in leaves. In the micromorphological examinations, the surface structure of the leaves ad petioles were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Anatomically, morphologically and micromorphologically, significant changes were observed in petiole and leaf depending on altitude. As the altitude increased, both the winter and summer periods, the length of the petiole and the width and length of the leaf decreased. Leaf cuticle thickness increased due to altitude, while mesophyll layer thickness decreased in summer increased in winter. The area covered by the palisade parenchyma increased in both seasons. The area covered by the sponge parenchyma increased in summer and decreased in winter. | en_US |
