Abstract: Subacromial impingement syndrome is the most common reason for shoulder pain which represents a spectrum of pathology ranging from subacromial bursitis to rotator cuff tendinopathy and full-thickness rotator cuff tears. Management includes physical therapy, injections, and in some cases surgery.
