Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği Türkçe Geçerlilik Ve Güvenilirliği

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma, “Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği”ni (Surgical Anxiety Questionnaire) Türk dili ve kültürüne uyarlayarak, geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğini incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışma metodolojik tipte olup, örneklemine cerrahi kliniklerine ameliyat olmak üzere yatışı yapılan 204 hasta alındı. Veriler, kişisel bilgi formu, “Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği” ve “Ameliyata Özgü Kaygı Ölçeği” ile toplandı. Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği’nin dil ve kapsam geçerliliği, açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, iç tutarlılık testleri ile geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik incelemesi yapıldı. Bulgular: Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği’nin İngilizce özgün formunun dil geçerliliği çeviri-geri çeviri yöntemi ile kapsam geçerliliği ise uzman görüşleri ile sağlandı. Faktör analizi bulguları, Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği’nin Türkçe formunun orijinal yapısında olduğu gibi üç alt boyuttan oluştuğunu gösterdi. Bu nedenle ölçekten hiçbir madde çıkarılmadı ve 3 alt boyutlu yapısı kabul edildi. Ayrıca orijinal faktör yapısına uygun olarak 6, 11 ve 15. maddeler herhangi bir alt boyuta dahil edilmedi. Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeğine ait uyum incelemesinde; x2/SD değeri 1.61, GFI 0.95, AGFI 0.93, CFI 1.00, RMSEA 0.055 ve SRMR 0.081 olarak saptandı ve ölçeğin bu hali ile kabul edilebilir olduğuna karar verildi. Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği toplam Cronbach α katsayısı 0.844 ve ölçeğin tüm maddeleri ile ilgili madde toplam korelasyonları pozitif değerli bulundu. Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği ve eşdeğer ölçek olan Ameliyata Özgü Kaygı Ölçeği puanı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı, yüksek düzeyde ve pozitif yönlü ilişki bulundu (r=0.802, p<0.05). Toplam Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği puan ortalaması 7.49±7.12 olarak belirlendi. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, Cerrahi Anksiyete Ölçeği’nin Türkçe formunun Türk dili ve kültürüne uygun, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu belirlendi.

Aim: This study was conducted in order to examine the validity and reliability by adapting the Surgical Anxiety Questionnaire to Turkish language and culture. Material and Method: The study is of methodological type and 204 patients who were hospitalized for surgery in surgery clinics were included in the sample. The data were collected using a personal information form, "Surgical Anxiety Scale" and "Surgical Anxiety Scale". Language and content validity, explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency tests and validity and reliability of the Surgical Anxiety Scale were evaluated. Results: The language validity of the original English form of the Surgical Anxiety Scale was provided by the translation-back translation method, and the content validity was provided by expert opinions. Factor analysis findings showed that the Turkish version of the Surgical Anxiety Scale consists of three sub-dimensions, as in its original structure. For this reason, no item was removed from the scale and 3 sub-dimensional structure was accepted. In addition, in accordance with the original factor structure, items 6, 11, and 15 were not included in any sub-dimension. In the compliance examination of the Surgical Anxiety Scale; The x2/SD value was determined as 1.61, GFI 0.95, AGFI 0.93, CFI 1.00, RMSEA 0.055 and SRMR 0.081 and the scale was decided to be acceptable in this state. The total Cronbach α coefficient of the Surgical Anxiety Scale was 0.844, and the total item correlations for all items of the scale were found to be positive. A statistically significant, high and positive correlation was found between the Surgical Anxiety Scale and the equivalent scale, the Surgical Anxiety Scale (r = 0.802, p <0.05). The mean score of the Total Surgical Anxiety Scale was determined as 7.49±7.12. Conclusions: As a result of the research, it was determined that the Turkish form of the Surgical Anxiety Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool suitable for Turkish language and culture.
