Abstract: Bu çalışma şeker mısırda uygulanan farklı potasyum (0, 10, 20 kg/da) ve kükürt (0, 10, 20 kg/da) dozlarının agronomik ve teknolojik özelliklerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Ordu Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi araştırma ve uygulama arazisine 2016 yılında kurulan deneme; tesadüf blokları desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada gerek potasyum gerekse kükürt tek ve interaksiyon olarak değerlendirildiğinde tepe püskülü çıkarma süresi 50-53 gün, koçan püskülü çıkarma süresi 57-60 gün, bitki boyu 182.33-190.33 cm, yaprak sayısı 9.13-10.63 adet, ilk koçan yüksekliği 37.13-50.16 cm, koçan çapı 3.94-4.37 cm, kavuzlu koçan uzunluğu 27.26-31.20 cm, taze koçan verimi kg/da 1976-2272, taze tane verimi kg/da 535.16-902.41, koçanda tane sayısı 472-546 adet, bin tane ağırlığı 126.6-163.3 g, tanede kuru madde oranı %89.80-90.74, tanede nişasta oranı %55.96- 58.70, tanede yağ oranı %14.47-15.39 bu parametreler üzerine etkisi istatiksel olarak önemsiz bulunmuştur. Yine elde edilen sonuçlara göre şeker mısırın kavuzsuz koçan uzunluğu 28.30-36.50 cm, bitki gövde çapı 2.27-2.83 cm, tanede protein oranı %12.93-14.32 ve tanede ham selüloz oranı %1.17-0.81 üzerine (P<0.05) etkisi istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur.,The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different doses of potassium (0, 10, 20 kg/da) and sulfur (0, 10, 20 kg/da) on sugar agronomic and technological properties. Ordu University Faculty of Agriculture research and application area established in 2016 trial; 3 repetitions according to randomized block design. When both potassium and sulfur were evaluated as single and interaction, peak tuft removal time was 50-53 days, cob tuft removal time was 57-60 days, plant height was 182.33-190.33 cm, number of leaves was 9.13-10.63, first cob height was 37.13-50.16, cob diameter 3.94-4.37 cm the length of the cob is 27.26- 31.20 cm, fresh cob yield kg/da 1976-2272, fresh grain yield kg/da 535.16-902.41, the number of grain in the cob 472-546 pieces, a thousand grain weight 126.6-163.3 g, the dry matter content of the grain 89.80-90.74%, grain starch rate 55.96-58.70%, grain oil content 14.47-15.39% on the effect of these parameters were found to be statistically insignificant. According to the results obtained, the effect of sugar corn on gumless cob length 28.30-36.50 cm, plant stem diameter 2.27-2.83 cm, protein content 12.93-14.32% and crude cellulose ratio 1.17-0.81% were found to be statistically significant.
