dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, benzokonduritollerin stereospesifik sentezini kapsamaktadır. Okzobenzonorbornadien anahtar bileşiği antranilik asit’den çıkarak elde edildi. Okzobenzonorbornadien, OsO4 katalizörlüğünde N-metil morfolin oksit (NMO) ile reaksiyonun ardından, asetik anhidrit (Ac2O) ile asetillenerek karşılık gelen diasetat bileşiği stereokontrollü olarak elde edildi. Diasetat bileşiğinin asit katalizörlüğünde Ac2O ile reaksiyonu benzokonduritol tetraasetatları verdi. Eldeki tetraasetatların bazik şartlarda metanol içerisinde amonyak (NH3) ile reaksiyonu sonucu benzokonduritol C ve benzokonduritol D yüksek verimle sentezlendi. Tüm bileşiklerin yapısı spektroskopik yöntemlerle (NMR, IR ve kütle) aydınlatıldı.,en_US

The oxobenzonorbornadiene that is key compound was obtained starting from anthranilic acid. The double bond in the oxobenzonorbornadiene was oxidized with OsO4/ NMO (N-methyl morpholine oxide) followed by acetylation with Ac2O gave the diacetate compound as stereocontrolled. The reaction of the diacetate compound with acid-catalyzed Ac2O led to benzochonduritol tetraacetates. Benzochonduritol C and benzochonduritol D in high yields were synthesized by hydrolysis of tetraacetates with NH3 in methanol under basic conditions The structures of the whole compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (NMR, IR, and mass).leşiği antranilik asit’den çıkarak elde edildi.
