Abstract: Öznenin gerçekleştirdiği eylemden doğrudan etkilenen nesne tümcenin temel öğesidir; hiçbir zaman seçimlik öge olamaz. Özne ve nesne ile kurulan tümceler, çatı özellikleri açısından etken çatılıdırlar. Türkçede belirtili nesne -I belirtme durumu ekini taşır. -I biçimbirimi yükleme durumundaki nesnenin belirticisidir.
The direct object which is directly affected by the action done by the subject is the main element of the sentence; object can never be an optional element. In considering the sentences in terms of structures the sentences which have subjects and objects are the active voice. In the Turkish language, the determined object carries the affix “-i” of case accusative. The morpheme “-i” is the determiner of the direct object which is in the case of accusative. With or without affix, the transitive verb identifies the accusative case on the direct object. That is why, the indeterminate object is not in nominative case. In the sentence, only names and pronouns which assume the action made by the verb can enter the declension of the nominative case. In Turkish, there are abstract and morphological aspects of accusative case and genitival case. An abstract case can be represented morphologically by a certain motivation; but, a morphological case is the case which is always morphologically reflected. In this study, we studied the postion of the direct object for the elements which enter the declinaison, and we insisted on the resemblance of functional affixes of the accusative case and the genitive case.
