Abstract: Bu çalışmada, FeSO4, Fe-SİTRAT, Fe-HUMAT, Fe-NANO, Fe-EDTA, FeEDDHA, Fe-DTPA ve Fe-HBED gibi farklı demir uygulamalarının serada yetiştirilen bakla bitkisinin toplam ve aktif Fe içerikleri ile diğer makro ve mikro besin element içerikleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır.
In this study, the effect of different iron application such as FeSO4, FeCITRATE, Fe-HUMATE, Fe-NANO, Fe-EDTA, Fe-EDDHA, Fe-DTPA and Fe-HBED on the total and active Fe contents of the pod plant grown in the greenhouse and other macro and micronutrient element contents was investigated. Fe was applied to the soil at the level of ten mg kg-1 ; the experiment was carried out according to the randomized plot design with four replications. The dry weight of the broad bean plant was obtained by applying Fe-DTPA to the most acidic soil, whereas it was obtained by applying EDDHA to alkaline and calcareous soils. The plant's total and active Fe contents were highest in EDTA and EDDHA applications in acid soil and EDTA and EDDHA applications in alkaline and calcareous soils. The plant's total N content was higher than the control, and EDTA and DTPA were reported to be effective in all three soils with iron applications. Under control application, the plant's P and K concentrations were generally determined. With the applications, the Ca content of the plant revealed an irregular distribution. Although the plant's Zn content was generally highest in EDTA and EDDHA in all soil types, the Cu content was obtained by EDDHA and EDTA applications. This plant's Mn content was 5-8 times higher in acid soil (EDTA and EDDHA); it was observed to be higher in FeSO4 and Fe-CITRAT applications in alkaline calcareous soils. The plant's N and Cu contents were reported above optimal pH limits in acid, alkaline, and calcareous soils. It has been observed that the P content of the leaves is insufficient across the soil. However, the K content is deficient in acid and alkaline soils while providing optimal limits in calcareous soils. While the leaves' Ca, Zn, and Cu contents varied within the optimal ranges in all soil types, Mn contents were found to be high in acid soils, optimum in alkaline soils, and insufficient in calcareous soils. As a result, applications of Fe-EDTA and Fe-DTPA in acidic soils, Fe-EDDHA and FeEDTA in alkaline soils, and Fe-EDDHA, Fe-HBED, and Fe- HUMAT in calcareous soils can be recommended to protect broad bean plants against iron chlorosis.
