Abstract: Bu araştırma, bazı susam çeşitlerinin farklı ekim zamanlarındaki verim durumunu belirlemek amacıyla 2020 yılında Aydın Ekolojik koşullarında bölünmüş parseller deneme deseninde 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. This study was carried out in Aydın ecological conditions in 2020 with 3 replications in order to determine the yield status of some sesame cultivars at different sowing times. In the study, 6 different sesame cultivars, 5 registered (Cumhuriyet 99, Ottoman 99, Tan 99, Kepsut 99, Orhangazi 99) and 1 local genotype, were planted at two different times (15 May and 1 June). According to the data obtained as a result of the research; plant height 111.7- 143.6 cm, number of branches 5.50-7.33 pieces/plant, number of capsules per plant 99.76-148.90 pieces/plant, number of seeds in capsule 50.45-72.25 pieces, height of first capsule 34.56-55.10 cm, weight of 1000 seeds 3.35-3.89 g, seed yield 123.75- 236.43 kg/da, crude oil rate %51.48-57.18, crude oil yield varied between 67.79- 135.24 kg/da. As a result; it was determined that the effect of different sowing times on the number of branches, the first capsule height, the number of capsules and the number of seeds in the capsule were statistically significant, the crude oil ratio differed according to the varieties, and the Osmanlı 99 variety was superior to other varieties in terms of both seed yield and crude oil yield.
