Orta ve Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yayılış Gösteren Bazı Trifolium l. (Fabaceae) Türlerinin Morfolojik, Anatomik ve Mikromorfolojik Olarak İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Trifolium L. cinsinin Trifolium repens L. var. repens, Trifolium resupinatum L. var. resupinatum ve Trifolium pratense L. var. pratense türleri morfolojik, mikromorfolojik ve anatomik olarak incelenmiştir. Türlere ait örnekler Karadeniz Bölgesi’nin farklı lokalitelerinden toplanmıştır. Morfolojik incelemelerde türlerin teşhisine yarayan morfolojik karakterler belirlenerek türler arası benzerlik ve farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde, türlerin kök, gövde ve yaprak kısımlarından alınan enine kesitler incelenmiş, türler arasında anatomik yönden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Anatomik olarak kökte iletim demetleri ve öz bölgesinin durumu, gövdede sklerenkima ve kollenkima yapıları, yaprakta ise alt stoma indeksi, palizat parankiması, üst epiderma ve floem yapısı ayırt edici özelliklerdir (P<0.001). T. pratense var. pratense gövdesinde kollenkima hücreleri bulunurken T. repens var. repens ve T. resupinatum var. resupinatum türlerinde bulunmaz. Ayrıca T. pratense var. pratense, T. repens var. repens ve T. resupinatum var. resupinatum türlerinin meyvelerinin mikromorfolojik karakterleri incelenmiştir. Meyve ve tohum yüzeylerinde bulunan epiderma hücrelerinin yapı ve desenleri, türlerin ayırt edilmesinde kullanılan iki önemli özelliktir. Türlerin meyve ve tohum yüzeylerinin mikromorfolojik özellikleri taksonomik olarak önemli karakterlerdir. Bu üç türün meyve ve tohum yüzeylerindeki farklılıklar ya da benzerlikler ortaya çıkarılarak türler arası karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu incelemelerde T. pratense var. pratense ve T. repens var. repens türünde meyve yüzeyinin reticulate, T. resupinatum var. resupinatum türünde rugose tipte olduğu belirlenmiştir.,

In this study, Trifolium repens L. var. repens, Trifolium resupinatum L. var. resupinatum and Trifolium pratense L. var. pratense species of Trifolium L. genus were investigated morphologically, micromorphologically and anatomically. The species were collected from the different locations of Blacksea Region. In morphological investigation the similarities and the differences betweeen the species were determined following the identification of morphological diagnostic characters. In anatomical studies, the cross sections of the root, stem, and leaf of species were examined; and, comparisons were made between the species. Anatomically dissimilarities were discoverded mainly on transmission bundles and pith region of the the root, sclerenchyma and collenchyma structures of the body, the lower stomatal index, palisade parenchyma, the upper epidermis and phloem structure of the leaf (P <0.001). The stem of T. pratense var. pratense have collenchyma cells but T. repens var. repens and T. resupinatum var. resupinatum have not this cells. In addition to, micromorphological characteristics of the fruits of T. pratense var. pratense, T. repens var. repens and T. resupinatum var. resupinatum species were studied. The structure and the pattern of the epiderma cells on the fruit surface are two significant factors in distinguishing the species. The micromorphomological characteristics of the fruit surfaces are significant in studying the species taxonomically. The similarities and the dissimilarities on the surfaces of the fruits of these three species are determined and comparisons between the species are made. In this study ıt was determined that T. pratens var. pratense and T. repens var. repens have reticulate fruit surface type and T. resupinatum var. resupinatum has rugose fruit surface type.
