Kivi Kabuğu (Ordu) Kullanılarak Sulu Çözeltilerden Tekstil Boya maddelerin’in Adsorpsiyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, kivi kabuğu, Metilen mavisi ve Rhodamine B boyar maddesinin adsorpsiyonu için adsorbent olarak kullanılmıştır. Kivi kabuğu ile metilen mavisi ve Rhodamine B biyosorpsiyonu üzerine pH, başlangıç boya konsantrasyonu, sıcaklık ve denge temas süresi gibi etkiler incelendi. Veriler Lagergren, Ho-Mckay, Weber-Morris kinetik modellerine ve Langmuir ve Freundlich adsorpsiyon izotermlerine uygulandı. Adsorpsiyon kinetiğinin Ho-Mckay'a uyduğu, adsorpsiyon izotermlerinin metilen mavisi için Langmuire uyduğu bulunmuştur. Ancak Rhodamine B için adsorpsiyon kinetiği Freundlich'e uyduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca kivi kabuğu ile metilen mavisi ve Rhodamine B biosorpsiyonu için farklı sıcaklıklarda elde edilen izoterm veriler termodinamik denklemlere uygulandı ve (ΔG, ΔH ve ΔS) gibi termodinamik parametreler belirlendi.

In this study, kiwi peel were used as an adsorbents for the adsorption of methylene blue and Rhodamine B dye from aqueous solution. The effect of pH, initial dye concentration, temprature and equilibrium contact time on the adsorption of methylene blue and Rhodamine B by peel of kiwi were investigated. The data were applied to Lagergren, Ho-McKay, Weber-Morris kinetic models and Langmuire and Freundlich adsorption isoterms. It was found out that the adsorption kinetic is fitted to Ho-McKay and adsorption isoterms for methylene blue are fitted to Langmuire. But adsorption isoterms for Rhodamine B are fitted to Freundlich. Furthermore, isothermal data obtained at different temperatures for the biosorption of Methylene blue and Rhodamine B on kiwi peel were applied to thermodynamic equations, and thermodynamic parameters such as (ΔG, ΔH ve ΔS) were determined.
