Ordu Yöresinde Yayılış Gösteren Bazı Cephalanthera L.C.M. Richard (Orchidaceae) Türleri Üzerinde Morfolojik, Mikromorfolojik ve Anatomik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Cephalanthera L.C.M. Richard cinsinin Cephalanthera kotschyana Renz & Taub., Cephalanthera longifolia L. Fritsch ve Cephalanthera rubra (L) L.C.M. Richard türleri morfolojik, mikromorfolojik ve anatomik olarak incelenmiştir. Türlere ait örnekler Ordu ilinin farklı lokalitelerinden toplanmıştır. Morfolojik incelemelerde türlerin teşhisine yarayan morfolojik karakterler belirlenerek türler arası benzerlik ve farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde, türlerin kök, gövde ve yaprak kısımlarından alınan enine kesitler incelenmiş, türler arasında anatomik yönden karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Anatomik olarak kökte korteks eninin, iletim demetleri ve öz bölgesinin durumu, gövdede epiderma ve korteks, yaprakta ise alt stoma indeksi, ksilem ve floem yapısı ayırt edici özelliklerdir (P<0.001). Ayrıca C. longifolia, C. kotschyana ve C. rubra türlerinin yaprak yüzeyleri mikromorfolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Türlerin yaprak yüzeyleri ve stoma yüzeylerinin mikromorfolojik özellikleri taksonomik olarak önemli karakterlerdir.,In this study, Cephalanthera kotschyana Renz & Taub., Cephalanthera longifolia L. and Cephalanthera rubra (L) L.C.M. Richard species of Cephalanthera L.C.M., genus were investigated morphologically, micromorphologically and anatomically. The species were collected from the different locations from Ordu. In morphologically, morphological characters were determined for diagnosis of the species and the similarities and the differences betweeen the species were determined. In anatomical studies, the cross sections of the root, stem, and leaf of species were examined and comparisons were made between the species. Anatomically dissimilarities were discoverded mainly on cortex, vascule bundles and pith region of the the root, epidermis and cortex structures of the stem, the lower stomatal index, xylem and phloem structure of the leaf (P <0.001) In addition to, micromorphological characteristics of the leaf surfaces of C.longifolia, C.kotschyana and C.rubra species were studied. The micromorphomological characteristics of the leaf surfaces and stomata surfaces are significant as taxonomically in studying the species.
