Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yayılış Gösteren Lappula Fabricius (boraginaceae) Türleri Üzerinde Anatomik ve Mikromorfolojik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalıĢmada Orta Karadeniz bölgesinde yayılıĢ gösteren Lappula Fabricius cinsinin L. barbata (Bieb) Gürke, L. squarosa (Retz.) Dumort., L. microcarpa (Ledeb.) Gürke. ve L. patula (Lehm.) Menyharth. türleri anatomik ve mikromorfolojik olarak incelenmiĢtir. Anatomik incelemelerde türlerin kök, gövde ve yapraklarından alınan enine kesitler incelenmiĢ, türler arasında anatomik yönden karĢılaĢtırmalar yapılmıĢtır. Taksonların köklerinde periderma kalınlığında, korteks geniĢliğinde ve öz bölgesinde farklılıklar vardır. Periderma tabakası L. squarrosa türünde diğer türlere göre daha kalındır. Korteks tabakası L. barbata türünde daha geniĢ bir alanı kaplar. L. microcarpa taksonunda dar parankimatik bir öz bölgesi mevcut iken diğer türlerde öz kısmı ksilem ile doludur. Gövde de korteks geniĢliği, kambiyum ve öz durumu farklılık göstermektedir. L. squarrosa taksonunda korteks diğer taksonlara göre daha geniĢtir. L. barbata taksonunda öz bölgesi diğer taksonlara göre daha geniĢ bir alanı kaplar. Taksonların yapraklarında tüy yoğunluğu ve mezofil tipi farklılık göstermektedir. L. patula taksonunda diğer taksonlara göre daha yoğun örtü tüyü bulunmaktadır. Yaprak mezofil tipi L. microcarpa türünde bifasiyal, diğer türlerde ekvifasiyaldir. Ayrıca taksonların yaprak ve meyve yüzeyleri mikromorfolojik olarak incelenmiĢtir. Yaprak üzerindeki tüylerin tüberkül durumu ve tüberküllerin sayısı, meyve üzerindeki gloĢitlerin büyüklüğü ve sıra sayısı ile küçük seta tüylerin yönü önemli özeliklerdir. Türlerin meyve yüzeyleri tuberculate tiptir. Yaprak ve meyvelerin mikromorfolojik özellikleri taksonomik olarak önemli karakterlerdir.,

In this study, the L. barbata (Bieb) Gürke, L. squarosa (Retz.) Dumort., L. microcarpa (Ledeb.) Gürke.ve L. patula (Lehm.) Menyharth. species of Lappula Fabricius genus which has distributed in the Central Black Sea Region have been investigated morphologically and anatomically. In antomical investigations, the cross section which have been taken from the root, stem and leaves of the species have been investigated and anatomical comparisons have been carried out between the species. Some differences have been observed in the thickness of periderm, in the width of cortex and the pith region at taxson roots. Periderm layer is thicker in L. squarrosa compared to the other species. Cortex layer covers a wide area in L. barbata species. While there is a narrow parenchymatic pith area in the L. microcarpa, pith consists of xylem elements in the other species. In the stem, the width of cortex, cambium and stuation of pith shows differences. Cortex is wider in the L. squarrosa taxon compared to the other taxons. The pith region in L. barbata covers a larger region than the other taxa. The dense of hair and type of mesophyll show differences in the leaves of species. There is more dense hair in the L.patula compared to the other species. The leaf mesophyll type is bifacial in L. microcarpa species and isolateral in the others. The leaf and fruit surface of taxa have been investigated micromorphologically. Whether the hair includes tuberculate on the leaf, the number of tuberculate, the size of glochidate on the fruit and the number of orders with the directon of seta hair are important features. The fruit surfaces of species are tuberculate type. The micromorphologic features of leaf and fruit are taxonomically important characteristics.
