Altınoluk Yapay Resif Projesi Örneğinde Yapay Resiflerde Planlama ve Uygulama

Abstract

Dünyada ve ülkemizde yaygınlaşan yapay resif uygulamalarının hızla artması nedeniyle ülkemizde Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı tarafından, “ Su Ürünleri Kaynaklarının Yapay Resifler ile Korunması ve Geliştirilmesi Projesi” kapsamında, Ulusal Yapay Resif Master Planı hazırlanmıştır. İlk uygulama, Edremit Körfezi, Altınoluk Beldesi kıyılarında yürütülen Altınoluk Yapay Resif Projesi olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Edremit Körfezi, Altınoluk Beldesi kıyılarında yürütülen yapay resif projesi örneğinde, yapay resiflerde planlama ve uygulama süreci ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Proje, Mayıs 2011 tarihinde ihale süreciyle başlayıp, 12 Şubat 2013 tarihinde resiflerin atılmasının sona ermesiyle tamamlanmıştır. Çalışmada ele alınan konular; amacın belirlenmesi, yer seçimi, inşa malzemesi ve tasarım, yerleştirme planı ve yerleştirme tekniği olmuştur. Resifler atılmadan önce bölgede sualtı gözlemleri yapılmış ve ayrıca fiziksel ve kimyasal parametreler belirlenmiştir. Resiflerin atılmasının öncesinde ve sonrasında balıkçılarla ve yöre halkıyla görüşmeler yapılmıştır.

Due to the rapid increase in applications of artificial reef spreading in the world and in our country, National Artificial Reef Master Plan in the context of Conservation and Development of Fisheries Resources by Artificial Reefs has been prepared by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. The first application which was The Project of Altınoluk Artificial Reef, was carried out the coast of Altınoluk of Edremit Bay. In this study, the process of planning and implementation of artificial reefs has been tried to explain in the case of artificial reef project which was carried out the coast of Altınoluk Town of Edremit Bay. Project started in May 2011 with tender process, was completed in the end of installation of reefs in 12 February 2013. The topics covered in this study were identification of objective, site selection, construction materials and design, placement plan and placement technique. Underwater observations were made in the area before installation of reefs and also the physical and chemical parameters were determined. Fishermen and local people were interviewed both before and after installation of reefs.
