Ordu Merkez İlçede yetişen Elma (malus communis l.) Tiplerinin Fenolojik, Pomolojik ve Morfolojik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile Ordu yöresinde çok uzun yıllardır yetiştiriciliği yapılan ve sevilerek tüketilen elma genotiplerinin fenolojik, morfolojik ve pomolojik özellikleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. 2007-2008 yıllarında yürütülen çalışmada, 44 elma genotipinden örnek alınarak pomolojik özellikler ortaya konmuştur. Đncelenen genotiplerin meyve ağırlığı 89,51 g (52-44 ) ile 278,76 g (52-11), meyve eni 55,79 mm (52 -29) ile 91,87 mm (52-15), meyve boyu 47,43 mm (52-34) ile 81,09 mm (52-11) arasında kaydedilmiştir. Genotiplerde tam çiçeklenme 23 Nisan-06 Mayıs, meyvelerin olgunlaşması 25 Eylül - 15 Ekim tarihleri arasında olmuştur. Tiplerin suda çözünebilir kuru madde miktarı % 8,75 (52-20) ile %13,85 (52-04), pH 3,60 (52-21 ) ile 4,82 (52-36), titre edilebilir asitlik ise % 0,478 (52-32) ile % 0,929 (52-11) arasında saptanmıştır.,

In this research, apple genetic resources in Ordu region were examined and, by determining Phenological, morphological and pomological properties of local apple genotypes grown naturally this region, superior genotypes were chosen among them. In this study held between 2007 and 2008, pomological properties were presented by taking patterns from 44 genotypes. Based on the investigated genotypes, fruit weight ranged from 89,51 g (52-44) to 278,7 g (52-11), fruit diameter from 55,79 mm (52 -29) to 91,87 mm (52-15), fruit length from 47,43 mm (52-34) to 81,09 mm (52-11) were determined. The full blooming in species occurred between April 23th and May 06th and the fully growth of fruits occured between September 25th and October 15th. Total soluble solid of the species were determined between % 8,75 in (52-20) and % 13,85 in (52-04), pH 3,60 (52-21) and pH 4,82 (52-36) and titrable acidity of the species were determined between % 0,478 in (52-32) and % 0,929 in (52-11).
