Gümüşhane İlinde Yetişen Vişne (Prunus Cerasus) Tiplerinin Pomolojik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2008- 2009 yıllarında, Gümüşhane ili Merkez, Torul ve Kürtün ilçelerinde yetiştirilen vişne ( Prunus cerasus L. ) tiplerinin pomolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada 31 vişne tipinden üstün özelliklere sahip olan 4 tip seçilmiştir. Tiplerin seçiminde tartılı derecelendirme metodu kullanılmıştır. Tartılı derecelendirmede ağırlık, meyve suyu miktarı, meyve eti oranı, tat, SÇKM/TEA, gibi kriterler ullanılmıştır. Yıllar arasında küçük farklılıklar olmasına rağmen genel olarak benzer sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda 29 V 02, 29 V 08, 29 V 22 ve 29 V 29 vişne tiplerinin diğerlerinden daha üstün olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada ümitvar olarak belirlenen 4 tipin, her iki deneme yılında (2008–2009) elde edilen sonuçlarının ortalamasına göre meyve ağırlığının 1,9g- 5,3g; meyve suyu miktarının 329,7–772,7 ml/kg; meyve eti oranının % 86,4–93,7; SÇKM/TEA % 8,6–12,0 arasında bulunmuştur.,

This study was carry out to determine the pomological traits of sour cherry (Prunus cerasus L. ) types which are grown in Center of GümüĢhane, Torul and Kürtün provinces in 2008 and 2009 years. In this study, 4 promising sour cherry types from 31 sour cherry types were selected from populations. Weighted Ranging Method was used to evaluate the types. Weighted Ranging Method was done according to criteria regarding, fruit flesh/ratio, amount of fruit juice, taste, total soluble solids/TA, weight. Generally, similar results were obtained despite little differences between years. As a result of thise study 29 V 02, 29 V 08, 29 V 22 and 29 V 29 types were determined as promising types. In the selected 4 types fruit flesh/ratio was changed from 86,4 % to 93,7 %; amount of fruit juice from 329,7 to 772,7 ml/k; total soluble solids/TA from 8,6 % to 12,0 %; weight from 1,9g to 5,3g .
